poor referral notes sent to specialist , they had no idea why i was referred.

I had a wonderful experience. Brandi had such a pleasant demeanor and was efficient with the check in process and Dr. Nguyen was thorough, kind, and conducted the eye exam carefully and proficiently. Beautiful office with wonderful professionals. I would recommend 100%.

Margo (Shelby) delivered outstanding customer service during my exam. Her wittiness and comforting demeanor made my eye exam an absolute joy. I’ve never had such a great time at any other appointment in my life. She answered all of my questions professionally while keeping things simple enough for me and my husband to understand. 10/10 would highly recommend having Shelby assist other patients who are interested in having a great experience because I most certainly will be coming back based on her service alone.

Absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! She has gone above and beyond. She always can squeeze me in for an appointment and actually cares about how I'm doing. She will call me on her personal phone to make sure I'm doing well post procedures. She has really just been amazing through my whole experience and I cannot say enough positive things about her!

Great doctors, but the staff really needs some customer service training or manners because there are 2 of them very rude. I'm scared to send a friend there or a family member and them being treated badly. I hope they realize that and understand that patients are the core of the business and their jobs. I give it a 3 stars review because of the doctors.

Dr. Ferguson is terrific, kind, thorough, answers questions. What earned the lower rating was the very, very long wait I experienced—no earthly reason for an annual eye exam to take more than 2 hours.

I am a P/t caregiver to a wonderful man/veteran who has needed his glasses adjusted for a few months. (The VA is a busy place!). I decided to pop into here with him and we were welcomed with open arms. He was immediately seated and Sarah went onto set his glasses comfortably, switched out the pads for memory foam ones and gave a cleaning kit. All for free! It was pouring rain as we made our way out and she got her umbrella and walked us to the car. I mean WOW!!! I can't recommend enough. Thank you so much!

My toddler daughter was in extreme pain and this clinic fit us in at the last minute. The staff was amazing! Shevonda immediately took care of my insurance and I was called back within minutes. The assistant Monica was so good with daughter! The fruit snacks were a perfect touch. Dr Crossman had great patience and performed a thorough exam. This was my first experience with Methodist and I was truly impressed. I am incredibly grateful to the flexible staff at First Eye.

Today was my second visit This visit was to discuss the surgical procedure that I’m having. They always treat you with uttermost respect and professionalism. They always make sure that you understand everything that will take place from start to finish. They also make sure that you are comfortable with the procedure the all while exhibiting excellent internal and external customer service. I can honestly say that I’m impressed with the way that I’m cared for when I’m at this office and that’s from the highest paidee staff to the lowest. I’m now a patient for life and will be referring everyone that I know. Again thanks guys for taking excellent care of me. W. M. Fowler

I have two pairs of glasses made here, one progressive and one for reading, I am completely satisfied. The service is excellent and the quality of work exceptional. A wonderful and friendly place to have your glasses made!!! Thank you for the extra care and going out your way to be sure that I was completely happy with your service!!!

Great service. Very knowledgeable, was greeted by a great receptionist and they took care of me promptly. The assistants were wonderful too but
