My family and I always have excellent experiences at Reimbold! All of the staff are friendly and efficient, and Dr. Reimbold is so knowledgeable. We picked Reimbold Eye Group when we moved to Alpharetta purely because of their convenience to our home, but truly we couldn’t be any happier with our choice!

They will give you a very nice eye exam, then refuse to give you the basic information needed to buy glasses anywhere but at their shop. They will tell you that that information will be furnished to you at their shop, all you have to do is ask for it, but when you go to their shop it's explained to you that the shop can only furnish it if you are in their system. This means that if you have not bought glasses at the shop, they will not give it to you. So in the end you must buy glasses at their shop in order to be given the full and complete information you need to buy glasses elsewhere.

Amazing doctor who actually cares!!!!

Everything went really well , the girls at the front desk were nice and knew what they were doing and the doc was perfect, you can tell he knows what he’s doing and is very efficient, Thank you Guys !

No one called to tell me my glasses were ready. When I came in today to get them 20 min. before the store was closed, the door was locked. After a pleasant young woman let me in, an unpleasant woman came out loudly complaining about someone being allowed in -- 20 min. before closing. She then locked the door behind me -- not 3 or 4 min. before closing. More than 15. When I asked this same woman to adjust the temple tips on my glasses, she proceeded to just bend them with her hands. Before she did so, I asked whether she should be warming them up first, as I presume is Sterling's actual policy. She didn't feel like it. After the pleasant young woman wrote down my prescription for me, I asked if they could tell me the labels for each part of the prescription. The unpleasant woman replied that she could not. Now that I am home, I now see that the prescription was not written down correctly, as it omits the progressive/bifocal part of my prescription. If Sterling wants a reputation as the trashiest eye care center, please give this woman a raise and a promotion.

I had a great experience here at Stanton Optical. I was immediately greeted and welcomed by Martha and she went over everything I needed and even also found some really nice frames for me quickly. My last pair I spent way too much for that didn’t last but Martha was so helpful and priced out everything for me and WOW a lot cheaper than my old place! Recommend seeing and talking to Martha !

Great selection and beautiful high end options. Also various price ranges. Staff was very helpful. Stunning decor, everything was extremely well done.

Great experience here. The exam was quick and thorough, and the sales staff was knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. It's near a main building entrance as well, so you don't have to fiddle much with mall traffic getting in an out of the location. Prices were a little higher than I expected, but there are plenty of deals and coupons available, so do a quick Google search before you get there. Also, set an appointment online if you can: it's way easier.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a thorough and well explained eye exam. The dr was thoughtful and explained everything to me. For example, I did not know I had 2 astigmatisms. We talked about contacts and the floater that past eye doctor said wasn’t there.

First time here today! I was truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Askew! She was very thourogh in helping me understand the entire exam process and the indicators within the eye. From the check-in process, the different tests, to the actual exam, this was truly an amazing visit. Mrs. Pam has the sweetest spirit ever. Thank you for a great experience!! I've found my new eye care home!! ❤
