The entire experience was great. The staff is quite friendly throughout the whole process, from day one of setting an appointment through surgery date to calling months later for a receipt. Dr. Hale is full of information and happy to share any and everything with you. The orientation was so thorough I didn't even have any questions. Not to mention - wow I can see great!!!

I've been waiting 24 days and still no glasses, very unprofessional and possibly fraud, I'll give them until Monday and then my insurance company and the detective will handle this for me

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr Budman seemed extremely knowledgeable, was very personable, and honest. My son and I were both very impressed with him.

Maria deserves my highest rating. I came to her at 10 am asking for new glasses ASAP for my daughter's brother-in-law, who is dying of cancer in a Baltimore hospital. He suddenly broke his glasses and asked for a replacement pair. I only had his Rx and photo and size of his glasses. Maria was extremely helpful, found a perfect frame, had 1 lens of the Rx, then sent me to the Springfield location to get the other lens and have them edged to fit the frame. (This wasn't far out of the way for me.) As soon as I drove to the Springfield store, the optician graciously took the frame and lens, and 20 minutes later I had the finished glasses. I couldn't have asked for better service. That afternoon my daughter and her husband drove to Baltimore, delivered the glasses to his brother, and he was delighted. Thank you!

Care, concern & attentive to every detail to eye care, I never knew existed. I will NEVER consider another Optometrist after my experience with Dr. Hopkins & her ENTIRE staff are welcoming & seems to be genuinely nice. I LOVED my experience here.

Makes you wait got to long

Friendly personal service. They realy listen to you and are great at adjusting your new glasses!

The tech and doctor were good, even though it doesn't seem like they communicate at all. Issues the tech asked me about, the doctor had no clue about. The front staff though is completely obvious to what you're supposed to pay even after you give them your insurance. I'm now having to file with my insurance to reimburse me for a charge that was supposed covered. Plus they had no clue what the paperwork they ask you to fill out in the email before coming was. They looked at the forms like they had never seen them before.

Every part of this appointment from scheduling to leaving the office was exceptional. Lovely people who literally walked me through the appointment. Dr. Harlan has excellent “bedside” manner. I felt informed through his examination.

My family and I had a great experience here again. In addition to their professionalism, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We don't have vision insurance, and they helped to find deals to make the glasses affordable. We have been going there for years and will continue to return.
