Worst customer service from Yaya Vasquez. While we had an appointment, she was willing to take us early. After waiting over 1 and a half hours for her to call us (we have been patients over 20 years), no apology, just attitude. Even the cashier who checked out our groceries said an hour and a half wait was ridiculous. Won’t be back. Will take our $$ elsewhere where they treat the elderly with kindness.

I had an appointment at 2:30pm, but the wait is at least 2 hours. Why do they take so many patients at the same time? Please don’t go there. They already have a lot of bad reviews for the same reason, and they never seem to change.

One of the best healthcare appointments I have ever had. Dr. Wong and the staff really made me feel like they cared and heard my concerns. They were thorough and took the time to explain everything from the tests .I’m never going to want to go anywhere else.

After many years going to Dr. Amy Horwitz OD; this review is long overdue. I recently had another appointment, and as always the service is excellent. Although my eyes have weakened due to age; I completely trust Dr. Horwitz for my eye care, and her staff is quick to answer questions and set up appointments. Dr. Horwitz is always patient, kind, and polite, explains everything she needs to do, talks me through the examination, and even after the exam, she answers additional details regarding my vision test. Their eyeglass department also has a wonderful staff. One of my favorites is Beth, she’s served me several times through the years. As always, inquiring help from Beth, she took time, advising me on which glasses best fit the frame of my face, and purchasing two pair, I got a better deal. If you’re looking for a great place for eye care and the purchase of glasses for a fair price, I highly recommend COSTO optometry department. Thank you, Dr. Horwitz, staff and Beth, who make the eye glass department worth the wait.

Even after the surgery was successfully completed, they ensured regular follow-up appointments to monitor my progress and ensure my eyes were healing as expected. This level of dedication and genuine concern for their patients' well-being truly made a lasting impression on me. Today, more than a decade later, I continue to enjoy perfect vision and a newfound sense of freedom from glasses and contacts. First time visiting. I’ll definitely be a returning patient here! Loved the care I received. I feel like Dr Farooq really took her time examining my eyes and asked lots of questions to make sure I got the best prescription.

The office is roomy, clean and organized. The selection of eyeglass frames is varied and reasonably priced. I loved the picture scan of my retinas instead of the dilation method. My eye insurance covered the difference in price but I would have paid the $39.00 cost to avoid having my eyes dilated. I was pleased with the services as I have been for many years that I have used Dr. White and his optical assistants. Mrs. Ellis

I bought my 7 year old here for her first eye exam. This was such a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Clase was so helpful and made my daughter feel very comfortable. He was very thorough and great at explaining things to her and to me. Definitely recommend this place for kids!
