Quick service. Very friendly staff. I was in and out in 30 mins. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been having an optician fit me for glasses. I have never not been fitted before so that was a first, but it was still a good experience.

The two ladies at the front desk are great. Always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to see you. Dr. Aoto is the best! She’s patient, knowledgeable, and truthful with sharing what she recommends. George, the optician has been working his craft for over 25 years. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and warm and friendly. I look forward to going to the eye doctor now, knowing that I’m going to be well taken care of.

First time here and came in for annual exam. I loved Dr Stovall and Lucy was very helpful with finding me lenses and glasses that work for me. I loved this place! Very good technology, very thorough exam, and nice staff.

I've been coming to this location for years and will continue in the future. The customer service goes above and beyond what I find at other establishments. Natalie is always such a great listener and very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This guy makes a crooked mile look straight!! Avoid this place like the plague!! Dr. seems ok, the girls in the office are AMAZING!! But the owner will rob you blind!! After getting my glasses in April, they broke in August which insurance replaced. They broke again in December, when I went back I was told insurance will not cover a second replacement, the owner glued my glasses for me and said he could offer me a replacement with a 1 year warranty for $85. I called my insurance company to beg for another replacement only to find out I have unlimited repair / replace. The insurance company also told me they never received a request for another replacement. They approved for me to go to another eye care provider under the circumstances. If you don’t mind spending money on things you don’t have to, this is definitely the place for you!! IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE......... I agree, such pleasantries could have been avoided if YOU would have ordered my new glasses after my insurance company called you and asked you to or called me after they sent the glasses to you to “force” you to make my replacement. This is not the first incident I have had with you. First one was MANY years ago when you were in Whitepoint. My very large mistake to come back to you after that. The parking was a perk but I’d walk a mile not to deal with you again.

Made my appointment online and it was a very smooth and easy process. Dr. Fallin is awesome, and the staff (Olivia) was great. Highly recommended to everyone.

Optometrist is only in one day per week Can't do simple tasks like checking pupil distance without having your eye exam done at that location which can only be done by the Optometrist

I had cataract surgery twice at this facility. I was well cared for and everything happened in a timely manner. Excellent care.

I usually make an appointment to get an eye exam and purchase a yearly supply of contact lenses at Walmart. This year when I called, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. While waiting, I found MyEyeDr. Online and easily booked a same day appointment. I will never go back to Walmart. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. My doctor, Dr. Dugan, was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and helped me to select the best lenses for my needs. Shikira checked me out after the appointment. She was very well versed in the bundling discounts and rebates that I qualified for. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable! I would 10/10 recommend the New Orleans, St Charles, location.
