Dr Amini was very kind and thorough.she gave me all the information about my upcoming eye surgery. Also the staff was very considerate.

When my husband developed a detached retina, he was referred to Doctor Packer. His office staff responded quickly and efficiently as is essential with this particular eye problem. Doctor Packer explained exactly what was happening and what was needed to correct it. The surgery was performed as soon as all arrangements could be made and was totally successful. Both Doctor Packer’s professional skills and bedside manner are impeccable. He is forthright and detailed in explaining the process and its implications as well as thorough in following up. He gave both my husband and I a sense of confidence in a difficult and stressful situation. My husband’s surgery was over ten years ago. To this day he sees Doctor Packer for any concerns and still has his 20/20 vision!

Dr. Willen is an exceptional ophthalmologist and has repeatedly gone above and beyond for our family when we've needed surgeries and second opinions. Her quality of care, attention to detail, medical expertise, and responsiveness to every question we've had has been phenomenal. We can't recommend her highly enough!

They do not give a guarantee. My daughter got glasses in July and they are already broken from the frame.

The staff was friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile to help us. Dr. Pearson was quick to identify the issue and make a good plan for resolution. Awesome!

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. Let me first say the doctor herself was great, but unfortunately, that does not change everything else that was terrible. I had an appointment for my seven year old daughter. An appointment that should have taken no longer than an hour max took over 2 hours. BEA is like mixing grand central station with the busiest airport terminal you’ve ever been to. 99% of the employees are so disgruntled and crabby. The check out employee had no idea what she was doing and I almost got charged $60 for her, not being knowledgeable in her job. insisting that I have to pay $60 in order to walk out with a physical prescription. Grilling me about what tests my daughter just received. The only reason this issue got resolved is because of how vocal I became that something was wrong, and she in fact was wrong. The woman at the eyeglass department was one of the nastiest individuals I have encountered in her profession & just overall the worst experience from a doctors appointment visit I have ever had. I would absolutely not recommend. I did order glasses for my daughter while we were there but the thought of having to go back there for anything else makes me so incredibly uncomfortable I will be calling to cancel our order and going to Warby Parker instead. Stay away unless you do not care about Customer Service and have all the time in the world. And what’s worse is that I was warned about this place, and I still decided to give it a try, and it was worse than I even could’ve imagined. And Bethlehem eye Associates if you do comment on this post, don’t worry I probably have already called and spoken to somebody in the office about this experience, if your office’s goal is to completely turn off a patients want or desire to ever return here, give one of the worst experiences you can have at en eye dr and just overall under deliver on all employee customer interaction that’s what Bethlehem Eye Associates stands for. Disappointed, disgusted and left feeling terrible.

I was very satisfied with the in-depth attention given during my eye examination. As an 84 year old with no eye problems that I had experienced, I needed to assure myself that my eyes were healthy and functioning in all areas. The exams administered during my visit helped me to determine this. Very professional and worthy of a good recommendation.

Dr. Aguilar and his team helped us on our honeymoon trip. my wife had blurred vision in one eye. she was very scared and we went to see dr aguilar. He and all his team treated us very kindly and professionalism. Thank you very much!
