My first visit was 45 minutes wait. My next appointment I walked in on time and it looked like the waiting room was full. I said, how long will I have to wait? They replied, 40 minutes. I booked an alternate appointment for the earliest they open so I won't have to wait and i left. I received a call a day before the appointment and the employee was kind enough to inform me that they would be running behind so come half an hour later. I was pleased for the attention to detail. However, when I showed up on time, they made me wait 45 minutes again! So, the doctor comes in and says," I'm going to put drops in your eyes and make you wait 40 minutes before we start."... REALLY? These guys have a 45 minute wait addiction! My conclusion is that it's not incompetence from the office appointment maker at all. It's the doctor's greed overbooking appointments as a SOP. However, to make up for the inexcusable time theft, the doctor gives free medication that would normally cost money. If you like waiting 45 minutes or more for an appointment, then this is the place for you.

The entire staff is so kind, helpful and positive! They treat you like family and make you feel genuinely cared for. The prices are far better in comparison to the UGA student health center and other vision care clinics. It was easy to schedule and I had zero wait time. Also, the optics selection offers a broad range of unique and quality frames. I would definitely recommend.

I absolutely hate the service! So unprofessional. Me & my mom went in together and did our eye exams the same time as well as paper work. We was told 5 to 6 weeks (why?we don't know) we was told from a customer it takes up to 2/3 weeks. It's been 6 weeks my mom glasses are the only ones that came in told me mines wasnt shipped yet. Then I called a week later. They said they apologize and that the reason my glasses are taking so long is because the *paper work* doesn't get filled out at the same time. And im not sure why it wouldn't be filled out if we both came at the same time? How do you only file one persons paper work but not the other person who came with them. I'm so upset its been over a month even more upset about the professionalism

Had my eye exam done, and Jackie right away assisted me with finding glasses that I love! She was amazing, and explained everything to me that I was either curious or nervous about as I was a little loss on what my insurance covered. 😅 The only downside was that I wasn’t able to get one of the coatings done because it would take a few days, but even so Jackie actually recommended I buy the protection plan so that I could still have the option open to get the coating done. :)

Very professional knowledgeable and thorough, Dr Reese is very nice polite treats everyone with respect and tells you upfront what it is going to cost no hidden fees or charges all of Dr.'s employees are experienced polite and friendly I've been going there for about 3 years now and I will continue to do so .I highly recommend Reese Vision Care for all your Vision needs. 10 stars for Dr Reese and employees

My glasses broke suddenly, and I had to find someone urgently who could fix them. I randomly found them online, but they were open before 9am, I walked in and they graciously fixed them...and wouldn't take anything in return. I'll definitely return when I need glasses again.

Everyone was great! Clay was very polite and professional and took his job seriously, I have never seen anyone clean the machines as thoroughly as he did, it was much appreciated. Dr. Lee was very concerned with my issue and explained every question in great detail and she helped me get an immediate appt with a specialist. Unfortunately, I don't remember the other specialist who helped me but she was patient and persistent getting me the help i needed, Thank you ALL for the great service!

Excellent optometrist!

The amazing Dr. Cook performed laser cataract surgery on my right eye on 7/24/23! The entire Woolfson staff that I encountered was AWESOME! Everyone was patient, kind, and professional. I was called back promptly after completing paperwork and the nurses and anesthesiologist all made sure I understood EVERYTHING that was happening to me. The nurses made sure I stayed warm while I waited my turn to see the doctor, who greeted me very personably. I felt like "My doctor knows ME!" The procedure was fast and the nurse took the same care to provide post surgery instructions and get me ready to leave. I have shared what a great experience this was with my family and friends and look forward to coming back next month for the other eye! KUDOS to Dr. Cook and staff for practicing medicine the "old fashioned" way; when patients were made to feel important! What a BLESSING!

While Dr. Johnson is great and I enjoyed my appointment with her, trying to order contacts through the 135th St center is very time consuming and not worth it. Both times I have tried I have had to leave several messages before getting a call back delaying my orders.

Very friendly staff. Everyone I have dealt with is so nice. Also, I don't have eye insurance and they really worked with me.
