It was my very 1st time going to this optical and yes my appointment got canceled without me receiving a call but other than that the staff were friendly and helpful and Vilma next door when I went to pick up my glasses was very professional, friendly and helpful as well

This place has 0 customer service skills. I went there on September 19 where I waited 4 to 5 hours for my appointment to be completed and never received an apology for the wait time or anything of the sort. There was only one staff who was kind enough to explain the delay. I wish I gotten her name because she was the only pleasant person there. I was informed my glasses would take about two weeks to be returned so after a month, I went up there to check because I had not received a phone call. After getting there and explaining the situation, the issue was brushed off did not receive an apology again for the inconvenience. I did get the glasses pair that were ready. Today I called customer service and requested a refund. My customer service agent was very respectful and apologetic for the matter and informed me she would reach out to the main office to take care of my refund. When the store manager just called back once again, there was no apologies for the wait just informed me to come in and she’ll do my refund which is fine, but the lack of customer service here is alarming. I would not suggest this location to anyone. Considering the store managers lack of customer service, it seems like the issues here start at the top with management. They are apologetic on the reviews here however, in person is a totally different story.

My experience at this location was the best ever! From the time I entered the facility until the time I left, I received awesome customer service! I’ve been coming to this location for the past 10 years, on 8-9-23 was different from any other visit! The staff was so inviting! The doctor explained everything, the young lady that assisted me with my purchase explained every charge, even though she was exhausted! The place was jumping! Kudos to the whole staff! I have been following Dr. Akstein since 1985 when he began treating my father. He is an incredibly talented physician. He is caring, attentive, compassionate, and provides the upmost quality medical care. I have seen other physicians over the years, but only because I was forced due to insurance. Each and every time I come running back to Dr. Akstein. There are other physicians in my area, but I drive 30 miles to see him. There is no one I trust more than him.

I called the McDonough office to make an appointment. I was given an appointment alright, in Riverdale. I was not told that the appointment was in Riverdale. I learned that when questioning the receptionist. Presently unimpressed. More later.-

I will admit I've not had the best experiences in the past with optometrist office. This Visionworks location has changed that. The staff is amazing. The optometrist was so patient with my son and daughter. Tousif is so amazing and helpful. He is incredibly kind and patient. Most optometrist offices I've gone to over the decades are not patient with autistic people. This Visionworks location is the first where I felt my kids and I were heard and respected.

I live in Stone Mountain area but love the service I receive from the Stockbridge location. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor makes you feel like you matter!!! Service is outstanding! I love my VisionWorks location. See y’all next year 2024 for my annual visit.

Tiffany went above and beyond. First she had a delightful greeting for us when we walked in the door. I needed to re-order contacts and she was able to quickly look my information and complete the order. She noticed my daughter's glasses needed to be adjusted and she took care of that for as well! Really friendly and great service.
