By far the best customer service I've had anywhere. They had great prices and choices of glasses. Heads above the one hour glass place I usually go to. The doctor was very thorough and Rhonda the customer service person was great! She was able to clean up my old glasses so they werent fogging up anymore. I can't wait for my new glasses to come in. I'll tell all my friend's and family. Thank you again.

I have been seeing Frank for thirty years. His office is very nice, his staff is wonderful, especially Becky. Never waited more than ten minutes. He treated my family of five. Dr.Cundari retired this summer. What a loss for the DFW medical family. Wishing him and his family well for this part of his life. He certainly made mine better. Thanks for all of it, Frank

Dr Dayani is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever known. More importantly, he’s very professional and knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a kind and competent doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Kishore for almost three years to get injections in my eye. He has always explained everything very well and listened to and responded to my concerns. Because of him, my vision has remained stable. He has always done my injections, but today the nurse practitioner, Gynger, did it. I was super nervous, but she and the assistant were great! This is a stressful visit, but the staff in this office always makes it tolerable.

My son had an eye appointment at 3. Due to traffic and our toddler having a hard time, we arrived at 3:15. We were told we arrived too late and would not be allowed to go to our appointment. Infuriatingly, we took my other son the week before and they made us wait 40 minutes before he was seen. We are really disappointed a children's clinic can't be more understanding. I can understand cutting off an appointment past a certain point, but we were only 15 minutes late. Absolutely ridiculous.

I brought my 12 year old daughter for a CRT evaluation with Ovation Eye Care. We decided to give it a try and we could not be happier. Dr. Ho and Dr. Cooper were very patient and thorough with my daughter. She plays a lot of sports so having CRT's was the best decision we made for her. The front desk staff was also very helpful in explaining the process of putting on, taking off, and cleaning the CRT's. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Ovation Eye Care. I would highly recommend them.

Busy Saturday! I walked in and was greeted by Patrice and I asked if she could replace my missing nose guard and the other. She took the glasses turned around and had them back to me in less than five mins. Great job! Nice to see good customer service these days.

I had the best lasik procedure experience with Della Russo laser vision. The entire staff was amazing, starting from Ahmed. He was available at all times for any questions/concerns, and extremely supportive throughout the process. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Jeff really made me feel at ease and made the experience seamless. I am two weeks post procedure and extremely satisfied with the results and recovery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I recently placed a purchase order via phone for a non-prescription rimless eyeglass frames; Vanish 225. Eyeglass World has for a wide variety of frames to chose from. And they are a company that honors military service members and their family. Miss Christie assisted me through my entire purchase order. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, as well as, professional. She even called me a week later to give me an update of my order. I highly recommend the Charleston, SC location. Fantastic people, great service, and designer brands at reasonable prices.

I went in for urgent eye care - an infection that had caused my eye to swell. Very painful. Even as a brand new patient, there still got me in the same day. I saw Dr. Manaloor, who was incredibly caring and knowledgeable. She even worked with my pharmacy to prescribe some antibiotics that I could get same day (instead of having to wait overnight). I was very satisfied with Family Eye Care of Denton.

Stocker stokkermans was Very Detailed . He took extra time to explain the entire exam and the test results in detail. I will return!
