I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily here for an annual checkup. Dr. Phi is a knowledgeable eye dr and was helpful in addressing all my questions about my eye health. The reason for the low rating is for the poor service I received after my appointment. I ordered and paid for glasses from them immediately after my appointment in late June. It's now over 2 months since my original appointment and I still don't have my new glasses. I never received notification that my glasses had come in and had to call to inquire about the status. When I picked up my new glasses in July, they at first could not find my glasses and then there were a couple of things wrong with the glasses and so they were sent off to be remade. I was told that the person who originally helped me order the glasses selected poor options for my prescription strength They may be fine to order from if you have an easy prescription but I'd recommend saving yourself the potential headache and purchasing glasses elsewhere.

Bad customer service

This was my first time going in for an exam. Dr. Trunecek was great and very helpful. I do not have insurance at the moment but it was affordable. It was quick and easy, and I’d definitely recommend asking for him!

I had successful surgery at the Eye Center of Michigan. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was well taken care of. The facility is spotless and comfortable.

The staff was so kind and attentive to my concerns and needs. I highly anticipated my surgery and was nervous. However, the nurses and doctors who attended to me collectively put me at ease. Their knowledge, skill, professionalism and incredible genuine bed side manners are second to none. In spite of my circumstance, it was a true pleasure to work with them. I am most appreciative that they, along with my surgeon, made this a positive, successful experience. ♥️

I came in and Martha fixed my glasses on the spot. She is always so sweet and so helpful. You cannot get better than doctor Wang. Have known him for over 20 years. Great office!

I love Dr. Kudirka. He will go above and beyond for you. He has been my eye doctor since I was diagnosed with Uveitis due to my Sarcoidosis. He will make sure the staff fits you in if needed. Very tentative. When you find a doctor like Dr. Kudirka, you better keep him. I will always be grateful to God for him. I highly recommend him.

Had a great experience at EyeCare at the Cove! As a complete novice when it comes to anything eye-related, Dr. Nguyen made sure I was comfortable and well informed throughout my eye exam. He happily answered all my questions about the equipment, my eyes, and my results. His attention to detail in making sure my prescription was perfect truly shows his passion for the craft and for taking care of his patients. The staff was incredibly helpful with regards to my appointment and taking care of my contacts order as well. There was no pressure and I was able to make informed choices. Staff followed up promptly after a couple days and conveniently placed an order on my behalf. I highly recommend the EyeCare at the Cove for all your optometry needs if you value a comfortable, no-nonsense experience!

Dr. Swammy is knowledgeable, thorough and caring. She guided my husband through a unique and complicated eye issue. She is as thorough and caring with the follow up. We couldn't ask for more.

My experience today November 24,2023 was a very pleasant experience. The person that helped me was Alexis. She helped me pick out three pairs of sunglasses. I love them all. I am not the easiest person to make up my mind at picking out glasses. Alexis was so patience with me as I was trying to decide which ones I wanted. As I said before I love them all thanks to Alexis.
