The eye care professionals in the clinic are quite knowledgeable and professional. My dealings with the front desk staff have left me extremely frustrated and wondering how healthcare workers can be so rude. They have also left me wishing I could pick another clinic to receive my care from as the rules seem to change depending on who is on the other end of the phone.

Dr. Witherspoon is the most amazing doctor I’ve met. He has helped me with my eye vision and has made it improve a lot. I’m thankful for Dr. Witherspoon.Big Thanks Mrs.Rodriguez

Scheduled an appointment with this Dr at metro health for an eye exam. Called at 9am and they said there as an appointment available same day at 9:15. I asked the scheduler if there was a grace period and they said 15 mins (which would be 9:30) I had to catch an Uber to the appointment and I made it there at 9:28 and was denied my appointment although I was within my grace period. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this Dr at all

Dr Pickett is the most personable and thorough eye doctor you will find. The staff is very attentive and quick with their care with virtually no waiting. I have been going to Dr Pickett for over 20 years.

My experience was excellent. I was given a very thorough eye examination and the Dr and staff answered all of my questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marchetto since December 2019. I was totally satisfied from the time I walked into the office. The office is very clean, sterile, the front desk staff are all super friendly and professional. Dr. Marchetto is so professional nice and takes her time when taking care of your needs and follows up when she says she will. The Optician is also super friendly, nice and professional. I had to get a last minute appointment request recently and my needs were met right away. They are definitely following all the appropriate guidelines due to COVID-19, which makes me even happier, knowing that they care about their patients. The entire office goes above and beyond! I highly recommend this office!!!!

I had an excellent experience here with my whole family, including a 3 and a 4 year old. I have been to many eye doctors and felt most comfortable speaking to and dealing with the staff here. Dr. Joe was very friendly and straight forward. The whole staff was GREAT with my kids! Edit: The woman who was fitting my eye glasses had to heat and reheat my frames so many times that the black paint on the rims began to peel off only a week after getting them.

While I did not have any issues with Dr. Duong himself, I did have a problem with their customer service afterward. At the time of my visit, I paid out of pocket for my exam because I was unable to locate my insurance card to verify my vision benefits. Since then I have located my card and called them to rerun the visit through my insurance to receive a refund for my out-of-pocket expenses. My insurance verified that they are an In-Network provider and have up to 6 months to file a claim through the insurance company. I called Dr. Duong's office back to ask them to do so, and they refused. They stated that their system does not allow them to file claims retroactively. What’s crazy is that the insurance company is willing and giving the green light to do so but the provider is not… Sorry but that’s poor customer service IMO.

Had an amazing experience with my visit, overall. Dr Demirjian and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the vibe is energetic and fun. I had such great things to say, my husband will now be going to her as well! Highly recommend this team.
