Amazing place everyone was so kind and wonderful . I went in on November 2nd 2023 @ 9:00 I left around 10:30 . Doctor did an amazing job she explained everything to me . She suggested I get a set of contacts for a trail run and it was the best investment in myself I could have done . SUPER great job I’ll tell all my buddies about the spot thanks Jones eye care

I've been seeing Dr Butler since I moved to the area in 2012. Dr Butler is/was the first optometrist to spend umpteen countless hours getting me into multi focal contact lenses that were comfortable. I can't tell you how patient, helpful, willing, and hard working he was to get me there and I love them! Been wearing contacts for many years now. Without his relentless patience and determined attitude, I would have given up as I did in all the previous years with different doctors. He's a terrific doctor and it's always like visiting with old friends when I have an appointment. I've moved kind of out of the area but drive back to round Rock to see him. I won't be switching. Make the appointment, you won't be sorry!

I really thought Dr. Paul was a great OD. Friendly, professional, and really took his time to get the right lenses for me. My sight has dramatically changed and I felt he did a great job of getting things perfect.

Dr. Moores was fantastic! She was kind, thorough, and very professional! She put my little one at ease on her first eye exam!

Such a wonderful experience! No long wait times for appointment. No long waits for exam. Dr Dungan is very communicative with exam, explained everything, wonderful if you had a question. Office staff are organised, knowledgable, communicative. I ordered glasses, said they would be arriving in approximately 2 weeks ( were there in 11 office days ). Both sets of glasses fit well, no problems. Would highly recommend Dungan Family Eye Care ☺️

The staff at the Palm Bay office are exceptional. The office got a new computer system which was challenging for them but they all remained pleasant and calm. The appointments were all running far behind but they were unfazed and surprisingly so was the full waiting room! Dr. Ganiban was his usual relaxed efficient and capable self. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the extremely long wait.

Dr. Kaymanesh is very thorough and helpful. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was told that I need a YAG procedure by one of Dr Van Der Vaart’s colleagues who saw me on an emergency basis because Dr Van Der Vaart’s schedule was full. They proceeded to schedule this procedure eight weeks from diagnosis. I only had 20/80 vision in my affected eye and distorted vision in right eye due to macular edema. I tried several times to get this procedure moved up in their schedule because I was concerned about my deteriorating vision. I was told that they would notify me if there was a cancellation. When I mentioned that I was nervous about driving during the waiting period I was told by the assistant to “not drive then”. I also inquired that maybe another doctor in the large practice could possibly do the procedure and was told that they were all scheduling into November so not an option. Long story short, I found another ophthalmologist who agreed to squeeze me into his equally busy schedule for the five minute procedure that restored vision. Now this was the caring, conscientious service that I was expecting from Dr. Van Der Vaart and Wilmington Eye. If you are too busy to take care of your existing patients who have been faithful to you then perhaps you should stop taking new patients and trying to be the largest eye physicians practice in the area. I am very disappointed in Wilmington Eye’s practices and philosophy.

Do not go there unless you like to wait for 2 hours for the appointment you made. When I got there, they can not find my appointment but they called me back to schedule. There is only one person working there, so if you dont like your life and time. DONT GO THERE! DONT WASTE UR LIFE! STAY AWAY! DANGER! SNAILS!
