Dr Mindy is very kind and performs a thorough exam. She takes the time to understand any issues you might be having and does not rush you out the door.

I had been dealing with ear pain from a bad adjustment for a couple years, but the pain became too much to tolerate while I was in the middle of moving in August. They were literally wearing a hole in my ear... Where I got the glasses required an appointment. The other shop I tried (near the purchase location) was dismissive and made the problem worse. :( I called Jon at Shawnee Optix and described the problem. I was at the end of my rope. He said he thought he could help and to stop by the same day. Within 15 minutes or less, my issue was resolved (although it did take about a week to determine that). He leveled my frames back out, put new nosepads on made from a different material, and truly had a sense of how to properly adjust glasses to get the weight off my ear. The man has skills. I have worn glasses since I was a kid and I wish, somehow, he'd been able to do all my adjustments! I no longer live in the area, but if you need a poor adjustment fixed then I would highly recommend stopping by. Jon didn't even charge me; he simply asked that I leave a review. The fact that someone actually cared that I was in pain AND also need to wear these to function meant a lot me. Thank you! :)

I called with an emergent issue. Dr. Dickey scheduled me for an exam in less then 24 hours. She was thorough and reassuring. She is another reason why Chester County Eye Care is simply the best!

The Greatest Doctor ever very compassionate, caring, loves his patients and will make sure they are in the best care possible. He goes over and beyond to make sure you get well. He even gives you his cell emergency number just in case you have to go to the ER and he’s on call everyday of the week! If you need medicine he’ll make sure you have months prescriptions so that you never run out. He treats everyone with the same compassion care old/young every nationality. A Awesome Man At Best!!! Just as he is a Doctor. Will fit you in for emergency appointments no matter what location he is in currently. I was so ill didn’t have insurance just able to get Medicaid and only had 2 days to find a doctor from the ER and he accepted me in as a new patient when he was full because I was so sick when calling in to make a appointment. He is a life saver! He Is A Wonderful Doctor/Pure Gold hearted 💜 He listens he takes extra pictures of your progression to make sure you’re healing and he checks to make sure the pictures isn’t missing something that he may can see better! I will advise anyone who wants to get well and needs a care physician please do yourself a favor the best thing you will ever do by making him your Doctor! And the staff is just as Amazing! 😌

From the moment I arrived until I left (only 10 minutes later!), I felt like I was on an assembly line. "Go to this machine. Do this. Now do that. Better or worse? How about now? Ok, you're done." I've had glasses my whole life and been to dozens of appointments, so I didn't necessarily mind how robotic the process was. But never once did I feel like I with an actual doctor, and the whole process was closer to an quickie oil change than a medical appointment

I had the best experience at Houston eye associates! The representative named Shay who I started with, was very professional very friendly and put me at my ease, and was able to answer all of my questions! Then on meeting Dr Justus Thomas, I had an even better experience! He was very professional he answered questions he gave me The Good The bad and a full picture of everything and let me know what my alternatives were. It was a good experience all around. They are very polite easy to work with and of course very special in the way that they handle people.
