I went to visit Dr. Celina Ruiz for an annual eye exam, and this was by far the best eye exam experience I’ve ever had in my 31 years. She was so nice and had a wonderful sense of humor, putting you at ease. She was kind and patient in explaining how conditions I had worked, how prescriptions were actually determined, how technology was used, and why she recommended what she recommended. She made me realize I had been using a prescription that was too high for me and should lower it a bit. I’m looking forward to testing my new prescription. Also a lot of great technology was used which is important to me! I personally hate the eye dilation process as well as the machine that gets very close to your eye and puffs air into it. At this practice you don’t need to undergo either as they have a machine that does an eye scan to determine this. It was all done in the blink of an eye. Highly recommend!

Very happy with Dr James and the assistants. Didn’t have to wait. They didn’t push you to do anything. Let you decide the best way to meet your needs. I highly recommend.

Dr. Rodman is a really pleasant, personable, and professional optometrist. The exam was extremely comprehensive (thorough) and he answered every single question. He will help you feel comfortable with having bad eyesight while completing the exam and won’t rush you along - it’s easy to tell that he really values his patients and genuinely likes what he does. I’ve been wearing glasses since 5 years old and this has to be one of the best visits I’ve had. Also, The assistants are wonderful! I can’t speak enough about Candie(?) who, out of pure kindness, fixed and cleaned my hobbled glasses. The gentleman assistant whose name I didn’t catch, was also super pleasant and gave me a ton of information about what my insurance will and won’t pay for. If you’re looking for affordable + stylish + durable frames, they have a really nice selection that starts at $59. Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be back!

They dilated my eyes without my consent and made it unsafe for me to be able to drive afterwards. I would give 0 stars if I could. They answered none of my questions, made me wait especially long, were extremely disorganized and all in all one of the worst experiences in a doctors office in my life.

Dr. Lewis is awesome! However, her staff isn't. Kelli working the front desk was very unprofessional and didn't want to do any work. I won't be returning because of the staff. I will be returning back to original eye doctor.

Brought in a pair of $400 glasses to get prescription lens put in and they broke the frame trying to change the lenses. They thought giving me 50% off of a pair of their sunglasses that they markup 300% was a suitable consolation prize. WHAT A JOKE! Thought I'd update my dissatisfaction with My Eye Dr. The glasses they broke had two screws that would allow the optometrist to separate the frame for the new lenses, but they decided to force the lenses out instead. The customer service rep (Simone) SAID she would follow up and GET BACK TO ME, of course i never heard back.

Dr Mark Gallardo is amazing. He takes time to explain your eye disease, he’s a great surgeon, and he always goes the extra mile to care for his patients. His staff is first rate. They are always pleasant and helpful- great customer service. If you have an eye disease he’s the guy to go to. Very skilled.
