My first time here the staff was very polite,friendly and showed interest with my concerns. They answered my questions and explained the process I was about to experience so I was comfortable before and after it was done.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Julia Dunnavant and the rest of the staff. My appointment was quick and I felt comfortable and welcomed in their office. Definitely recommend!!!

I am so thankful that I found New Braunfels Vision Center. Dr. Tompkins was amazing. She answered any and all of my questions. She was very friendly and got my prescription right on the first try (I haven’t had luck with that at other places in the past). As long as I live in NB I will be visiting Dr. Tompkins. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful with making an appointment. The lady that took my payment at the end was very nice as well. Very impressed!

Outstanding customer service and the optometrists and the opticians (very cool by the way!) give a great experience showing you around their eyewear to meet your taste. Also I love their massive collection of Ray Ban glasses and sunglasses!

Always a good experience for my annual eye exam. They worked with me on how to maximize my eye insurance benefits. This year, I got new glasses and Paulina was very helpful finding some funky and fun frames!

I was brought back to the exam room quickly. The technicians we're friendly, and informative. Dr. Johnson spent a good amount of time explaining, in detail, the results of my eye scan. And then spent a considerable amount of time working with me on developing my vision prescriptions. He provides health care in a very caring and professional manner.
