Fantastic optometrist. Super helpful and will spend a lot of time with you. Everyone is really nice and the office is very relaxed and comfortable.

Terrible customer service. Feedback: make sure to call your customers when order is ready for pickup. Didn’t get any communication that glasses are ready. Some rude lady on the phone just said they “tried texting” uggghh. If they do not pick up , leave a voicemail. It’s 2023 and I know you are in Syracuse but please at least make an attempt at decent service. Horrible :(

The staff was awesome. They made sure they gave me every option there was to get exactly what I needed. I was surprised at how fast everything happened. I was able to get my exam and glasses the same day!! Highly recommended. Edward and Ms.Dorothy were awesome they made me feel right at home.

The whole team is amazing here. I walked in one day around closing and got an appointment the next day. Freddie helped me pick out frames, and found me a favorite pair immediately! (I’m notoriously picky and indecisive). If you need an eye doctor in south beach and want a great experience, go see the team here! They’re also a dog friendly office and treated me and my pup amazing. ♥️

They take all the time necessary to ensure complete satisfaction for their clients. There is a vast selection of frames to choose from and they are meticulous in making sure they fit just right. They provide honest opinions and work with clients to pick out just the right style frames. They stand behind their work. Before buying from other stores, do yourself a solid and visit Village Eye Center

This is my first time getting/using contacts, and Dr. Freeh has been amazing. Every step of the experience has been wonderful! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for stellar service and care. (I also purchased my first-ever pair of eyeglasses from them a 3 years ago, and I had an awesome experience with that as well. They helped me find the best frames for my face shape, and the fact that I still have and use the same pair is testimony to the quality.)

I've been a client of the office since it was at the mall, close to if not 20 years. I've recommended them to my friends and colleagues. Very professional and friendly. So happy with their recommendations regarding LASIK and their follow up care. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I purchased prescription glass, the cost ends up after 30% off came close to $700. Somewhere else may cost only $300. The lady was not very nice, when I picked up the glass, I asked if I can get white case, she said not included, I asked the cloth to save the lenses and she said is not included. This is the very cheapest store I experienced in my life for so expensive. I really made mistake to come her and will never visit this store anymore.

Great friendly place. A guy named Alvin I believe his name was, took his time with making sure my glasses were fitted correctly. I couldn’t be more happier. As much as I hate wearing glasses they helped me find a pair that I felt comfortable and confident in.

I've never been so happy with an eye visit before. I have medical trauma and the entire team was conscientious and accommodating. Dr. Ziehm was so kind and courteous. We were helped as well when buying glasses and she was so kind. Thank you.
