The experience I had here was Great! There are more varieties of frames to choose from and the Customer service here is fantastic! I recommend anyone else who are searching for a pair of glasses or in need of repair to come here and be sure to be welcomed with high quality service.

Before surgery car headlights would bother me and I would have to wear glasses all the time before. Dr khan did my surgery at a surgery center in city of industry. All his staff and the staff at surgery center are great. Vanessa at front desk is wonderful. Facilities are clean and dust free and kept in good shape .

On time a FAST. All the staff was excellent and caring

I was turned down by a doctor in Dothan for eyelid surgery because it was a problem case and apparently, he felt he was not qualified. I had one eyelid drooping so far that I kept the eye closed most of the time. I also had a problem with the muscle on that eyelid. I finally found Dr Brown and he had no hesitation in doing the surgery. He told me that it might take two operations to correct my problem. It has been 5 days since the first operation, and everything appears to be going to plan. Dr Brown seems to really care about the patient. On the first visit, he took time to explain everything in detail. Before the surgery, he came in and talked to me and gave me reassurance. After the surgery he met with my wife to make sure she knew what to do follow-up. Everyone we met on his staff was also very attentive and helpful. This is a breath of fresh air when so many Doctors are just interested in your money.

I love this team of people! Dr. Lewis and his team members all has some skills like no other. I would always go here and highly recommend anyone to go here!

Ridiculously horrible experience with the front staff. We are even surprised they’re still open. It’s obvious they have no front office leadership or customer service training. Absolutely deplorable. Doctors are good/great… they should fire everyone upfront and start from scratch… not one, not two, but MULTIPLE examples during one single visit I’m happy to discuss with anyone who sees this at their office. For what Doctors charge insurance, as well as the salaries they earn, you’d think at least some “professional” manners at minimum would be expected. Hardee’s have better employees, and even that’s a stretch.

Good clinic, staffs are very prompt. Lots of eye glasses to choose from and the doctor was good too. The doctor keeps changing so book your appointment based on that ...

I'm from CA visiting Family & Friends Needed my glasses repaired. Redo bottom wire after lense fell out. Didn't know where to go and found online. (Google) Walked in early morning & got back early afternoon (3pm) Very Nice, Pleasant, & Friendly

I have been a patient since 2006 and from 1st day, dr Lorrie Kook always treated me like family brother. The care for the patients she has it, it's really great and there is no words to describe her care for her patients. I have a cornea damage and I need really good hard contacts lenses to be able to see anything and Dr Kook was the only doctor that was able to get my hard contact lenses fit and make me be able to see it today. She is great ! I definitely recommend to my family, friend and everyone. Thank you always dr Lorie Kook & everyone at Olympic Optometric Center. Samuel Park

I'm sorry to have to post a negative experience due to my race and demographics. It's crucial to share those specific details in a review, shedding light on the issues I faced. This can be a powerful way to raise awareness and encourage positive change. I had an appointment with Philips eye clinic, however was not able to make it on time since prior to it I was admitted to an ER. I had someone call to reschedule and they didn’t. They said I will have to pay for missing an appointment. I however decided to go in to the facility even though I was highly sedated and under anesthesia. Not sure how they plan on having an eye exam when someone is under medication. Tried to reschedule my appointment with no help because they decided to not schedule someone because of a missed appointment and a $50 dollar fee. Mind you I still went in there 5 times during the week and on this very day I’m posting this comment I still went in there with documentation. I specifically asked for the doctor to speak to him. HE(Dr Philips Saïd he doesn’t have time to speak to his patient. Then a nurse comes in to talk to me and then tells another nurse I don’t sound honest and lying even though I had been there so many times. Wonder how an honest person sounds or looks. Mind you I spoke to a lawyer about this terrible experience and I will be following up to see which documents I signed that states a late or missed appointment means a $50 fee or denial of health to be seen by a health provider.

I am very satisfied with the care Dr. Billitz gave me, and the time he took to get my prescription right after my eyes were sensitive to what we first tried. I was also pleased with the ease of communication with his office.
