Great, friendly, thorough optometrist :) Dr. Sara and her staff are so sweet. I even had to take my cranky, baby and they were able to accommodate me during my appointment. Having had glasses since I was 4 years old and contacts since 4th grade, I’m no stranger to eye doctors. She’s at the top! Additionally, I’m an urgent care and have referred patients and she’s been able to get patients in fairly quickly for urgent needs. While she takes most vision plans (VSP), cash prices start at $149 which is definitely market price if not lower. Highly recommend :)

They have the lowest/ smallest selection in town don't waste your time unless your looking to have a bad day. The front desk girl forces you to show your ID just to browse around and then tries to force you to show your insurance card too. It's not necessary if your only wanting to see their collection DON'T BE FOOLED. ITS BEST NOT TO EVEN ENTER THAT BUILDING. ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. PRICES START AT 350. GO TO STATON INSTEAD THEY HAVE A HUGE COLLECTION AND PRICES START AT 79 .and but 1 get 1 free. Walmart also has a bigger selection and America's Best.

The staff is wonderful, professional and courteous.

Daniel Weinberg is great with patient. My son has been his patient for over 20 years. Always kind, respectful and willing to answer all questions. Very nice office staff.

Dr. Hsu is great! and the staff are helpful and friendly. I have been visiting Dr. Hsu for my annual eye exam from last 5 years.

I went in on Saturday with my husband to get him glasses. (He had already gotten the eye exam elsewhere.) The computer system was causing problems and was extremely slow. Hillary worked like a champ trying to get it all entered, and kept trying after we left. She was genuinely apologetic and so kind. She called us later and said it still wasn't working but felt sure it would be corrected by Monday. I returned on Monday and she had it all ready to go, still apologizing for the delay. She is an excellent example of grace under pressure and customer service is definitely her priority.

Can you say discrimination with a capital D? We can. Went there today for a scheduled appointment, my sister was told by staff the eye Dr. would not see her unless she gets out of her wheelchair. She can transfer to most Healthcare chairs … More

My recent visit to LensCrafters in Novi was a noteworthy one, standing out due to their exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail. From the moment I stepped into their store, I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere. The store was impeccable—clean, with the eyeglass frames displayed in a methodically organized fashion. It was evident that those maintaining the store have a clear dedication to creating a pleasant environment for their customers. However, the standout experience was the service I received from a store associate named Laura. Having tripped and damaged my glasses, I was unsure if I had purchased the optional damage coverage because I could not find my original purchase receipt. Laura swiftly pulled up my record, confirming my coverage and putting my concerns at ease. Her sensitivity and adaptability were commendable. Seeing that I was using a cane due to Multiple Sclerosis, Laura immediately offered a more comfortable option—taking a seat and being assisted from there. Additionally, her ability to multitask, assisting me while acknowledging another customer, was impressive. LensCrafters proved to be much more than a glasses store. It's an establishment that prides itself on professionalism, quality and customer service. I am pleased to give them a stellar rating of 10 out of 5 for exceeding my expectations. Their integrity in service and meticulousness in their environment is truly exemplary. If you’re in need of eyewear, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LensCrafters in Novi. Be sure to ask for Laura, although I am sure all of their associates will provide you with the same exceptional service.

I absolutely love them. The staff is priceless as is Dr.Patton. She is attentive and caring and VERY good at what she does. I will drive as far as I have to, to go there because entrusting the health of my eyes to the best care is not an option.

These guys are great. They're open on Saturdays, which is truly an underappreciated public service. They were exceptionally helpful. I came in with debris stuck in my eye. They went out of their way to get me on the schedule even though they were booked. I was taken care of swiftly and with obvious care and concern. They were very transparent and fair with pricing. Every staff interaction was full of respect and positive concern. Professional and compassionate
