Stay away from this place. They will go into your account without your authorization and take your money. When I had my eyes exam the dr was on the phone the whole time and she told me that she had an emergency.

Manager was eating a burger while telling me I needed a mask. He got ketchup on his shirt and while speaking to me a projectile of spit landed on my face. The manager was really rude and was hitting the wall in anger after I said I didn't have a mask... I think he wanted to fight me about not having a mask.. I was about to call the police since I thought he was intoxicated. Don't bring your kids around this hefty manager...

I’m very happy about my visit. Had a small splinter stuck in my eye after working on the car last week, tried to wash it out and it didn’t help, went to sleep to only see in the morning that my eye is swollen and it started to go deeper in the eye. In next 2 days started to see rust show up in my eye. Got very nervous. My friend recommended me this clinic and made an appointment for me. After arriving I filled papers and waited for few minutes before my turn to go in. Staff was very polite and understanding. They performed everything with highest level of professionalism and got that piece of metal out of my eye in almost no time. Thank you very much!

Awful. The first time I saw them they were over 30 minutes late. Yesterday, they took an hour to NOT show up. I sat there with 4 other people. One of which was an older lady who begged the office next door to call Glendale Eye. A different business that this other office has nothing to do with. The older lady was self conscious of her english so I felt bad. It had been an hour, and I was in the boat so I called. I was then informed that they would not be in until July 15th. Please let that sink in. If this was the case, why oh why did they have my appointment on the 8th? Why are there 3 other people here waiting for the very same office. I was then told that there was no record of my appointment. Well. How the heck do I have a little appointment business card that states 7/8/2020. I took time off of work. I was not informed of any schedule changes. There are plenty of eye doctors in the area to choose from. Go somewhere else! I will give a star for the person on the phone who was really professional about looking into thw situation. She offered to reschedule me. Very nice that but doesnt change or make up for the fact that this company is horribly disrespectful of the time of the patients. Also. See below for my appointment card as evidence.

An amazing place! Was visiting town and forgot my contacts at home. They very easily were able to get me over to get some contacts with my current Dr. sending over my prescription. Literally everyone else said no in ALL of Alameda. Customer service goes a long way!

First time patient here. I checked in online, I had no wait time, the staff was friendly, Dr. Smith was nice. I was done with my eye exam in no time. I had a Wonderful experience 🙂 …

Eyeglass World is a great location with experienced and licensed opticians. The friendly staff helped me with my existing glasses. The store offers a great selection of frames for kids, women and men. Currently (April 2023, call for availability) a promotion is running offering a buy one pair of glasses and get one pair, substantial savings. Eyeglass World’s on-site optical lab gave me added workmanship confidence. Further, an on-site live doctor (not remote video) provides eye exams that add to my confidence in the products offered. Most major vision insurance programs are accepted. In my opinion Eyeglass World provides great service and Value. They are open six days and the doctor has appointments five days a week. Another great Roseville value.

Loved this location. My last visit at the Lincoln square location was not the best. But the Cooper Street location is great! Great staff from the front reception to the assistants and doctor! All great! Yisel helped me pick out a very flattering pair of glasses and was very informative and answered all my questions. Dr. Nguyen was great as well! This location will be my place to go from now on.

I usually go on golden gate but was in desperate need for an exam and glasses because I lost my contacts. They (Steeleyard) were able to get me scheduled the next day and provided excellent customer service. Latasha made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in and was very helpful with helping me understand the different lenses for glasses. Dewayne was very helpful assisting me with picking the best frames for my face. Robert, the manager was also very helpful with any other questions I had. I have not worn glasses in years so this is a transition for me. Thank you America’s Best for providing great service during my appointment on July 20th.
