Dr Rostov did a great job on my SMILE surgery and Dr Yadav was great on all of my checkups. Everyone you work with from the assistants to Katie at booking is incredibly kind, companionate and patient. It doesn’t feel like some of the other Lasik mills. The office could be nicer with less waiting but the equipment they have is top notch and the amount of time and patience they have is worth it. They’ll really take the time to make sure everything is perfect. I don’t regret the extra cost for their facility.

Really good deals! My first time getting glasses in a few years and Dr Chau is really honest and wasn’t trying to sell to me. Front staff was really helpful too and super fast on helping out your style.

Lady at the glasses section, didn’t catch her name, wearing a green shirt on 4/7/21, should know that she is the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met in customer service. Thank you.

I want to start off on a positive note because the staff carrying the doctors were amazing ... Everyone part of the support staff was kind and patient the moment I walked in. The wait time was surprisingly short (after having the actual doctor's exam I now understand why) I was immediately greeted with warm and friendly smiles from both gals at the desk. The nurse who did my intake was extremely knowledgeable. She was not only caring but took the time to answer any questions I had. She was extremely thorough and prepared me well for the rest of my visit. Even the technician with whom I only spent a few seconds was warm and compassionate while taking my scans. Now the negative ... Dr Pendergast walked into the exam room and introduced himself then immediately took to his computer with his assistant next to him. (both of their backs facing me) After reviewing the chart, scans, and notes he then proceeded to turn off the lights and began the exam. Not one word was spoken to me other than "up-left-right-down" as he shined the light in each eye. During this time I am basically half off the exam chair trying to keep my chin on the chinrest and my head against the bar (apparently comfort is not a concern) He continued ignoring me completely while rattling off medical terms to the assistant. I felt invisible! I felt helpless! I felt extremely nervous and sick to my stomach! I wanted to shout "I am in the room too"! What did those words mean ... I was already a nervous wreck and suffering from anxiety so of course my thoughts were all over the place. Lights on! Dr Pendergast goes back to the computer with his assistant (both of their backs facing me yet again) and enters information in the computer. The doctor finally turns and looks at me and says everything looks fine ... a couple more words and then out of the room he went. Are you kidding me?!? Bedside manner - NONE! We patients exist! My time matters! Show a little care and compassion for those you are treating. I work in the medical field and our patients are treated way better ... they are DOGS & CATS! And I waited 3 months for this appointment?!?! DO BETTER!!!

Arrived at 2pm on a Saturday after seeing their work hours were 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. Double checked this information twice not only through Google but also through their listing on my insurance providers website. For many people the … More

If this is actually America's best place for eye care, nobody looking for optometrist care has any hope. The customer service was TERRIBLE (apart from the Dr and one man at the front desk who was very nice). Other than that, worst place I've ever been. When making the appt on the phone, one of the staff (Nicole) rushed me, got impatient with my questions, and seemed annoyed. I brushed it off at the time but wished I hadn't. While we waited, I overheard 2 staff ladies complaining about how much they hated their job and couldnt wait to retire. Also, when one of the staff was helping us, the Dr came up to talk with her. She interrupted and rudely dismissed him, telling him she couldnt talk now. The Dr was nice and very polite, but the eye exam seemed too shallow. I have been in optometrist offices since the age of 4 and was expecting a thorough and in-depth exam (plus, we were told the exam would take an hour, and it lasted about 20 mins). The Dr seemed too old to be practicing...he seemed to be confused at points (couldnt remember his office address, said he was going to ask us questions about our paperwork but didnt) and left some places on the form unfilled (he did fix it when I asked). But after we left, we realized ANOTHER place on the form was not filled out, so we returned to ask about it. We were very polite but the Nicole lady was NOT! She crossed the room twice to interfere while we were being helped by other staff members. At first she was short with us, but then progressed to being outright rude and kept cutting us off. Didn't seem to care about her customers at all or upholding the reputation of her workplace. They explained that place on the form was a service they couldnt offer, which is super frustrating because the whole reason we came in was to fill out that form - which they knew, I had explained it on the phone, and showed the form to all the staff when we came in. Nothing was said about lack of that service. Feel like we wasted our money. At one point, another staff cut in to explain something helpful, but Nicole would not let her say anything and walked away from us loudly complaining, "He's just ignoring us," (which wasnt true) "leave him alone." Nothing about goodbye, have a nice day, so sorry we can't help... Wish I had read other people's reviews. Will never come back again.

Try as I might, I can't find a single complaint against them! From the Doctor, the staff, location, ambiance and service, they're all top notch. I was greeted immediately by reception and within moments taken back to the exam rooms. Everyone seemed so happy and joyful, Dr. Wood was professional and caring, even getting fitted for my new glasses was a pleasant experience. Prices on eyeware were very reasonable, quite a bit lower than expected. I only wish I had found them sooner!

Went to Dr. Murray for the first time and had an amazing experience. Dr. Murray and his staff were incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful. They were able to help me and several other patients in an efficient and timely manner. Hands-down the best eye doctor I have ever been to.

The staff and doctors are well knowledgeable. Dr. Humrick is very helpful and reassuring about procedures and process. Love how enthusiastic she is with her career and am blessed to have been her patient. Dr. K. Olsen was great and handled surgery wonderfully. His assistants were very encouraging. Wasn’t expecting that from his assistants so that was a very positive in how they work with their clients/patients. They keep their office very friendly and so comfortable walking in. Thank you for such a supportive and caring staff and doctors.
