I barely crossed the threshold, received a cheery "GOOD MORNING" The service was exceptional, Dr was very informative and explained in layman's terms my issues. As well as, referred me to a specialist. All of the Staff was courteous and professional, processed me in on time, took their time. The reason I'm a repeat customer, very satisfied. Service with a smile!

Dr. Borza made me feel very welcomed and comfortable both eye and contact lens appt, I had her twice . She was very pleasant and precise on which she felt was needed and most suitable for me . Dr. Borza was very detailed and informative to my needs throughout my visit and she answered every question I was curious about . Such a sweet and genuine soul .. We need more people like her 💪🏾🙌🏾🥰

Beyond extraordinary. I gladly drive 30 minutes to see them. Each staff member was kind, helpful and professional. You want experience and state of the art then look no further...this is the place. Even before my appointment they treated me with a trail pair of contacts because mine were old and my appointment wasn't for another 2 weeks. I've been getting my eyes checked every year for over 30 years now and this has been the best experience yet. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I gave this place one star. I had an eye exam back in the beginning of July. Everyone was friendly, and the exam went well to be virtual. The downfall was I'm a diabetic and told them this when I made the appointment. So I had to go somewhere else to get my eyes dilated. At the end of my initial visit, I ended up getting 3 months' worth of contacts because my eye insurance only covered 150 dollars.The exam was only 50 dollars because it was virtual. My total bill was 410 dollars, and some change. My eye insurance offer 60% off of glasses if you get them at the same time, so I did, but the fames did not fit as pleasing as the initial visit. With that being said, I returned the glasses, expecting a complete refund. Stanton only refunded me 180 dollars for the glasses. I have spoken to Kenny and Brad, and neither one can explain to me why nor this 1800 number. I have been waiting for "The Resolution Team" to call me back for over a month. I just called Stanton Opital again today because, after getting off the phone with my fIex spending account, it is still not resolved. What do I need to do to get my money back? I'm done with the store because Kenny just gets an attitude because I ask him to explain why. I need them to make it make cent. How do I pay 230 dollars for 3 months' worth of contacts.

Eyesight Hawaii is an excellent place to take care of your eye and vision health needs. I opted to have my PRK procedure there with Dr. Olkowski. I saw the number of excellent reviews Eyesight Hawaii had and heard endorsements for them on local Honolulu radio. I received an excellent discount through VSP insurance, and the final price included all pre and post-operative care. Dr. Olkowski and the rest of the Eyesight Hawai staff took excellent care to make sure everything was just right during the process. I can't imagine finding a better value for laser vision correction anywhere else in Hawaii. I even had a slight issue where my bandage lens came off my eye a day early (my bad for looking at screens too much post-op) and Dr. Olkowski took my call after hours to make sure I took the appropriate steps to address the issue. I achieved 20/20 vision a month-and-a-half post-op (full vision adjustment for PRK takes a bit longer than LASIK, and the staff educated me on all of the necessary ins and outs of my procedure). The care that Dr. Olkowski and the staff at Eyesight Hawaii provided was very thorough and of the highest quality. I highly recommend them to anyone considering laser vision correction and comprehensive eye and vision care in Hawaii.

Friendly staff. Dr. Nguyen has been my doctor for a couple of years now and he’s great, professional, patient and he’s in no rush. He answers all my questions. I’m very happy with him and his staff. Highly recommended!

Worst service I have ever experienced, waited for someone to make it right but here we are 5 days later and still no follow up. I went to pick up my prescription and the prescription was completely wrong, I could see better without my glasses then the ones you guys had ordered, mind you my appointment lasted a whole 5 minutes so I am not sure how she got my prescription that fast. I asked them the soonest available date and weekend since I work and have two little babies for the customer service associate to book me out and additional two week (now it’s been a month without glasses) and to say we’ll our schedule doesn’t work with us and this is what we have.. she literally told me that, I say I want to cancel she says no can do, a manager has to call you, here we are 5 days still no call. This will be disputed but please do not ever come here. The staff is rude, the optometrist clearly didn’t even take the time to get the prescription and they take your money right away but cannot even cancel the worse. Also to top it off I was quoted two different prices by two different associate, how does that even make sense?!!!

Dr. Epstein is knowledgeable and great at what she does. The office experience is very personal - she takes her time and listens. Can’t recommend enough.

They have great costumer service whether it is via phone or message. They are puntual and look for the best ways to help there patient or any other.
