Dr. Boles is a bully!! I was shocked at how he treated me in his office. Later, however, I heard from other folks(mostly women) hmmmm very similar reports. He did a good job on my cataracts so from that point of view he is very competent. He needs a LOT of work on his bedside manner.

Very pleased with my visit today. Dr.Rachael Smith was very thorough yet efficient. I had no wait time and was able to get my eye exam done and get back to my little ones at home quickly. She made sure my contacts felt right and fit correctly. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Receptionist ok but not very welcoming or knowledgeable of procedure of checking in. Dr B ok but not as thorough as he’s been in the past. Ok for what i needed but may go back to my Opthomalogist next time for routine…more thorough

I experienced a very discrinating act in the waiting room. While masks are optional, they told a black young man to put his mask up. When the young man left, they rushed to clean his chair and wipe down the door handle. This was unnecessary and very racist act.

My experience with the doctor was wonderful and I had no complaints there. However, their front office staff was not as great. When leaving my appointment, I attempted twice to pay my co-pay and twice the system had errors processing my card due to issues with the front offices payment system. However, what was disappointing was the implication that it was an issue with my card as I was only told of the issue with their system when I spoke with Tiffany via phone the following day to follow up on my payment. Additionally, the front desk called me three times and left three long voicemails in less than 24 hours insisting I pay over the phone asap despite the issues being with their payment system. Overall, the eye care was great but their outdated system and unprofessional approach leave a lot to be desired.

My experience at the office was okay. There was a long wait time for my contact lens exam. Service wasn't average. My frustration started after leaving the office. I was sent home with a few new contact lenses to try. After trying them out, I went online through their website to order them. Turns out, this is considered out of network, which was not clear to me. (There's a small warning about this on the website now, but I do not remember seeing it when I ordered). After I got billed for the full amount, I called the office to try to understand why. They told me ordering online is basically a whole different operation. I asked if they could cancel and rebill through my insurance. They said they'd get back to me and never did. I ended up calling several more times and finally asked to speak to a manager who had no sympathy whatsoever and just said, "yeah we can't do that you have to just submit it as out of network." The whole thing has been really frustrating and time-consuming. I won't be going back here.

Excellent doctor. Great bed side manner and very knowledgeable.

This was our 2nd time coming back to get glasses and Trista gave us a great experience both times. She is patient, thorough and answers all of our questions. No need to be apprehensive about ordering glasses here as they came in a weeks time. My daughters also used their damage coverage to replace their broken glasses.

Dr.Johnson was very personable and informative. We enjoyed our appointment with him.

Fast service, clean facility

Very thorough. Dr. explained in detail my current vision/eye situation that I could understand. Very patient with my questions and history; I had forgotten regarding previous eye procedures. I have highly recommended Dr. Sadowski to others.
