Extremely rude receptionist hung up in my face when I asked if they accepted new patients.

I went to 20/Twenty based on online reviews and hoped they were accurate. This was probably the best eye exam I ever had. Dr Abdal has great equipment and she spent a lot of time showing me my eyes as I had never seen them before. Getting fitted for my new glasses was also a pleasure. My husband said the experience was excellent as well. Thank you.

I got my prescription lenses today here at Locerne Optical. It was a very smooth experience. They were very nice, helpful, and honest. Prices are fair. I got my glasses back in an hour. Definitely deserve a 5 star.

Excellent place! Dr. Nguyen was very thorough, patient and took the time to explain everything about my eye exam. The staff were very friendly and my wait time was minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen!

I was running late this morning and everyone was very nice to me and understood. The office staff was wonderful. Matty who is the medical assistant was great and such a pleasure. Highly recommend.

They never pick up the phone and I been calling for months

I love all the girls in the office and Dr Aljets!! From the moment you walk in the door you have Awesome personal attention!! I am always happy with my glasses, always!! Best part is they can take pics of my eyes instead of dilating them!!

I am a mother of 3 and they accommodated us with great service. They are all nice and helpful. My daughter was a bit nervous and they made her feel so comfortable. I appreciate them so much. And all there appointments were all on time. We found our family eye doctor.

From the moment you walk into the office you are greeted and made to feel welcomed. Dr Cox is very thorough and explains every step of the way. My teen needed contacts/glasses for the first time. Staff is also friendly and knowledgable. Emily was so patient and encouraging when helping my daughter learn how to put in and take out her contacts.

This is a wonderful place to get an eye exam ! The receptionist, Samrn, is so patient and kind and the eye doctor did a great job on my prescription. I’m looking forward to having this be my go-to annual eye exam. Story time: I ran out of my last pair of contacts the morning of my birthday and I didn’t want to go out that night half blind. I called the store as soon as they opened and they said they were booked but I could call back in 1 hour to see if anything opened up. Thankfully, they had an opening and saw me same day. So grateful for their patience with me and their willingness to work with me even though it wasn’t their problem. I would say that they went above and beyond and that’s why I’m leaving this great review !

I had a firework hit me in the eyes about 6 years ago. And Dr. Mota was the one that did the surgery. 6 years later, my eyes work better than they did before the accident. I strongly recommend him, he knows what he is doing
