The best prescription I have ever had, the lenses are amazing, and I love Oakley frames which are both sporty and professional looking. Dr Hoang is extremely professional, very methodical, and cares about her patients beyond just selling glasses. Great optometrist.Highly reccomend

What a wonderful experience., it was easy and fast, very little wait time. Sandra was also great at picking the right frames and lens options to fit my budget. I will recommend Dr. Jason Mann to all my friends. They are the best I've seen in years. Great office.

All you need and more store is very clean fresh produce

Purchase a pair of glasses from them on April 2023, Finally picked them up today after 4 times trying to get them made correctly. These are unusable as they make everything look blurry. After the 3rd time I asked for my money back, and the person behind the counter went looking for the original paperwork, copied it and stated there are no REFUND's they will just keep fixing. Well after the 4th time, still not clear and since I work in from of a computer all day unusable. Now little history my family has been going here for 25plus years and we have never had issues like this. They know my prescription they knew it was for computer reading. Since it seems to have new people running the show (except Diane) no customers service. Well to end our 25 plus years of business our whole family will be moving on.

A very good experience. Kenton listened to what I wanted and presented the best plan for my needs. When I was choosing the frames, he was honest about what complimented my face. He explained the details of the lenses in a way that was easy for me to understand so I could make my choices with confidence. This is my second time to purchase from them. I will come back and also refer them to my friends. I want to say again how pleasant and patient Kenton was. He was definitely professional but also made the experience fun.

We’ve been seeing Dr Donahue and now Dr Kehler since my daughter was 5. She was a preemie and needed specialist care. Our first appt was on Dec 26 so we spent Christmas Day in a hotel to make sure we were there on time. Since our first visit, our experience has been extraordinary. The Drs, nurses & residents are top notch in knowledge & quality of care. My daughter was terrified of the dilation drops for years & the ladies were absolutely wonderful at putting her at ease. Her care contributed to her not needing surgery and now maybe not needing glasses in a few years. This entire staff is top notch, everyone always has a huge smile, always professional and always caring to children & concerned parents. I’ve even witnessed first hand a patient being very obtuse with a medical caregiver & she was professional & handled the situation with tact & assured the parent that the goal was to make sure parents as well as the child/patient got what they needed form the visit. We drive almost 3 hours to get to Vanderbilt Lions Eye Care and we’d easily drive many more if it were the case. I would never trust anywhere else. We have yearly check ups.
