Not a very friendly staff. Dr. Cox was okay, sufficient I suppose and nice enough but not overly helpful especially if you have any needs outside of a basic simple vision test exam. The Hixson location specifically is impossible to reach by telephone if you have questions…or try to order contacts when you are unable to online - kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Even called the 1800# that sent them a message to contact me which of course no one ever did, I had to physically go in again to place the order. It was my first and only visit after relocating to the area but I definitely won’t be going back. ☹️

My wife first went to Dr. Griffith years ago, she was always happy with his service. We moved away from CA in 2010. Fast-forward to 2017 and we moved back for career and family. Now with a little boy, all three of us have been in and checked by Dr. Hamlet. She is so sweet and sincere, you can tell she loves what she does. It's also nice to visit a doctor that invests and utilizes the latest technology in optical care. This is the kind of doctor I trust, and would recommend to family, friends and strangers!

Dr. Arneson is always very pleasant. This last visit, I had a very slight change in my prescription and he told me my current glasses are fine and no reason to buy new, to which, i find the honesty refreshing. Benjamin, the front desk clerk, is very nice too.

I had a great and professional visit. Went for an eye exam and contact lenses exam without any issues. The staff, Richard and Dr. Shwartz, are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The negative reviews are certainly overblown.

I was quite pleased with my exam and felt that Dr Lang was more detailed in explaining my current eye health that prior visits with other doctors. Andrea was very helpful with assisting me with a new frame and lenses selection as well. Her customer services skills and personality were a huge plus. I also appreciated that I had the nose piece of my current frames repaired without any issue.Thank you all!

Dr brooks has always explained things clearly for me and does a great job. He sees both of my kids. We have been going to him almost 7 years! He is great dealing with even little wild kids. Very calm and understanding. I highly recommend him.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful when it came to picking out frames for glasses. Dr. Borodkin was thorough, professional and answered all of the questions I had. I would highly recommend others to go here.

Dr. Wong, the independent optometrist, was professional and friendly and offered some good advice and suggestions. Note - she does not accept insurance for eye exams but they provide a reimbursement form for you to file your own claim (so a little bit of a pain but did not regret it after the experience). Ordering contacts was easy (they do accept most insurance plans for that). The optical associate was very friendly and helpful. Just make sure when you go to the counter to take a number to reserve your spot in line. I was able to grab a number, finish my shopping, and go back in time (instead of waiting very long - there’s usually a lot of customers and only 1 or 2 optical associates).

Most expensive place to buy glasses in Longmont, They are good however it was nearly 3 times more costly than other options. Their communication has really suffered in the last few years. Using text messages instead of direct calls for notification. Like I said, they are professional and do good work.
