I went there because of the good review. But my experience was bad. Yesterday I stopped by and made appointment for eye exam and lens( he told me the original one was around $100) I got there 10:00am today , and they opened the door around 10:15am. The young gentleman (I believe he is a salesperson) checked me in and give me some tests like eye pressure …. Really unprofessional and inpatient! I feel like he doesn’t even care ! Those tests should be done by professionals! Then he sent me in the room for the telehealth eye exam during which I communicated with the doctor by video chat. The whole process didn’t go through very well . After that, The young salesman gave me an estimate said that my lens should be $185–265 without any further information. I questioned them about my exam results and the manger explained that all the results number is from me. After paying the exam fee, I left. I went to Costco got another eye exam in person. And the doctor told me the numbers from eyelab was a little higher! And I only paid $120 in Costco for my lens.

I've only had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lena Dixit once during my mom's follow-up appointment after cataract removal and lens implant on her second eye. She entered the room with so much energy and a smile a mile wide. Her positive presence was infectious and a welcomed balance to the sterilized nature of clinical settings. Prior to the procedures, she spent time with my mom and explained everything about cataracts, the procedures, and options with care. She answered any questions my mom had following the surgeries with compassion. As an immigrant, my mom felt like she needed as much information as she could before making a decision. Growing up as the de facto translator for my parents, I've come to recognize frustration and impatience in others when they are speaking with my parents very quickly. It hurts me and over time, I started to step in more and more, sometimes preemptively. When my mom started to refer to me to explain something because "my English is better", Dr. Lena Dixit immediately interjected and said "your English is great! I can understand you perfectly!!" All with smiles, laughter, and a tender embrace. Encouraging her to talk when so many others have made her afraid to do so. You have no idea how much this means to me, my family, and other families like us. I didn't need anything to correct my vision but I left her office seeing the world more clearly as well. Front desk Staff were very courteous with me. I went in with my daughter as a Walk in First time patient. The wait time was less than 5 minutes when my daughter was called in. Eye exam was an In and Out experience. Dr. Tran came and spoke to me about my daughter’s eye exam. I am very happy with my experience today with Dr. Felipe Tran Optometrist.

We really had a great experience with Doctor Tran. My son had wrong glasses from other store, and when we went here she actually realized the problem and ordered the right ones! So grateful for that and the attention! Also they have a lot of model to choices and toys so the kids can play while they are waiting!

Dr Chavis and Dr. Hendrix are amazing Optometrist. Tina is always helpful. The technician ( Carly )has a short fuse with kids. Patience is a virtue at work. Some people apparently need a class. My experience was a negative 3 star with her but a +5 for Dr. Chavis.

First off I hate going to the optometrist, but Dr. Kabir makes it a pleasurable visit every time! I have never needed glasses until last year. I went in for pink eye and he was extremely thorough on checking my eyes and gave me something to clear it right up. I had to go to him after my regular doctor wanted my eyes to clear up naturally. I needed to go to work so I needed medication. He gave me an eye exam and I found out the prescription I was given a month earlier was incorrect. He really takes his time with you and cares about his patients. I recommend him to all of my friends! I moved to Sacramento and am driving an hour to still use him instead of using a new optometrist. Eyes are important. You want someone who is going to care about your eyes as much as you do. He does. Go with this guy. Good choice. I am definitely a tough critic, so this review coming from me is a good thing!

They don’t have many reviews which is surprising. This is honestly a great office. The doctor was extremely quick. You could tell he’s been doing this for a long time. His staff was very caring and professional. I’ve been searching for an eye doctor since I moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and I finally found one. They have a wide selection of glasses. I did glasses and contacts and I was able to keep the sample pair he had me try on til my cases came. Did I mention it was a small intimate office? That was probably the best part lol. No chains trying to get you to spend all of your money.

I was very impressed with the care Dr. Barouch gave me at my most recent visit. She took time to test and recheck my problematic eye, even discuss it with her team. Her explanation of my situation was very easy to understand, as well as my options going forward. I really appreciated her thoroughness, kindness, and great care. I highly recommend her!

Mathew is a terrific owner and stands behind his products. The staff are excellent highly recommend.
