I had a fantastic experience with the optometrist technician (Lam) and optometrist (Cindy) at this clinic. Lam's friendly and professional demeanor, along with his exceptional expertise in conducting preliminary tests, truly impressed me. He made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. Coupled with Dr. Cindy's expertise, Lam's contribution was invaluable. They were an integral part of a team that made my eye exam informative and pleasant. Dr. Cindy, a true expert in her field, patiently explained every aspect of the exam. Overall, the service provided by this team left me with a better understanding of my eye health and renewed confidence in their care. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of eye care services. They are simply the best in their field.

Everyone in this office is amazing! From checking in to checking out they made every single part of my visit so easy. The beside manners that they all have is incredible. Dr. Than and her team are truly wonderful.

First of all, let's talk about the store itself. The layout is absolutely gorgeous, it's an extremely comfortable environment with very posh vibes. The customer service is insane!! I could spend hours there just hanging out with the staff!!! There was especially this little guy they just hired who was amazing and extremely helpful!!!! I hope they keep him!!! He went out of his way to help me beyond his job description!!! (He went to get me a coffee in middle!!!) Simon is amazing he gave me a tour of the place and showed me how glasses are made!! It was grand, the wife and I had already checked out the available frames and made our decision before the appointment so it was easy. The optician took both of us and we set the lense packages for the four frames we had chosen and the optician showed us how we could both save a bit of money and get a better product. We thanked him, paid the tabs and were happily on our way. 2 to 3 weeks the glasses will come to the mailbox.

The doctor here is amazing but the front desk person makes things extremely difficult. I had an appointment scheduled and she called me no less than 6 times beforehand (they already had my insurance- these calls were to confirm the appointment, a separate one to recollect information, another to try to move my appointment, another to move it back, and two others I can't remember the nature of). Then, on the day of my visit I'm told my insurance doesn't cover and they are going to charge a ton of extra fees. I end up leaving and they call me again a week later saying they take my insurance. So then we reschedule an appointment, I take another day off work. I'm prescribed a prescription for eyedrops that costs $300 (with insurance covering over half) and they insist that they have a discount code. The code doesn't work and I try it both at Walgreens and an online RX company. I try to get them back on the line to get a different prescription and they don't call me back for weeks. Then they insist I try their online pharmacy... so I spend another 3 days waiting for that to come back and it's the EXACT SAME PRICE. I call them and they insist I come in on a follow up exam to discuss. So then I go in at my date/time to a locked office and NO ONE IS THERE. I am beyond irritated at the amount of time they have wasted with no results/help.

Dr Livingston and his staff are caring and professional. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mastman for over 8 years now. He has a great bed side manner and listens to your concerns. He has 2 offices that I know of that he works out of. He gets 2 thumbs up in my book

Dr. Elnick is an exceptional Opthalmoligist. Very personal and does great work!

We brought our four year old son for a glasses prescription. Dr. Dale did a great job working with him to get the best prescription possible.
