Full disclosure, I had been a Manager of a LensCrafters 20 years ago. I know a good deal about the industry. I had an excellent experience with (forgive me I'm not sure about the spelling of her name) Meko (sic?). Very knowledgeable, honest, friendly most of all great suggestions on style. Lost of business have gone away from customer service, but this store has not lost the customer service focus. The new remodel gives the customer plenty of space to shop and interact with the sales associates. Thank you Meko, keep up the good work.

Great doctors. This is a smaller practice but came here as I had an emergency and that is where my doctor was for the day. She offered to see me without an appointment. Truly excellent eye care!

The owner fixed my glasses for me! She's super sweet and friendly. It's so hard these days to find folks who can fix glasses. I may return to check out her glasses.

Today was my first encounter with Dr. Dawn. She and her staff were so kind and courteous. Dr. Phillips was so knowledgeable of my conditions and approached them with common sense, conservatively. She was kind, compassionate and took her time with me. All my questions were answered and all on going treatments were discussed. I highly recommend her as it's hard to find doctors like her anymore.

The eye exams are very thorough and the staff is very helpful when it comes to picking the right frames, the exam is free which plus. my family are very happy with the service thank you right vision

It was my first appointment at Dr. Cary Tseng & Associates Optometry with Dr. Minh Tang. I highly recommend this clinic. The entire staff was very welcoming and efficient. Dr. Tang was fabulous - he took the time to explain every step of the way my eye problem. Their office is very convenient, it is inside the Alhambra Costco.

Everyone was super helpful! I would give this place 5 stars but the front desk lady at Optics was not at all helpful. I was sent there by the eye doctor and when I got there, I tried to say I got send my the MD but no reply at first then proceeded to ask me what I needed help with as if I didn't say it at first. She was not at all helpful with my questions about contact lenses coverage and how much I would have to pay out of pocket. Poor attitude and just overall not helpful. She is not a good reflection of how helpful this place is!

I am very happy with Dr Edmund. She is very caring and listens to your concerns. Explains tests and you don't feel rushed at all. Exceptional service and caring staff as well.

Dr Fung honestly has the highest repore & bedside manner out of any specialist or doc in 60+yrs. I suffer frm Chronic anxiety/panic. I was scared to receive eye injections. He spoke step by step, during the procedure. He even gave me kudos for showing up bec of my anxiety. {the medical equivalent of the Nordstrom Touch} Blessings

After being a patient of Dr. Nguyen for more than 20 years and being asked to change my appointment from Monday to Friday. However, I refused service when I arrived at the office 20 minutes before my appointment because Eye Florida no accepted my insurance by United Healthcare.
