Grace Kehoe was absolutely phenomenal! I haven’t had a good eye exam in a while so it was refreshing to have an Eye Doc who asked the needed questions to make sure my prescription was right for me. She was the first doctor to let me know about my astigmatism change which answers my issue regarding a slight blur I see sometimes. The technician was also very warm and friendly throughout the screening process. Thank you FOCUS!

I would highly recommend this store. The customer service throughout the process was excellent! I was very anxious about having my eyes checked and had put off the appointment until absolutely necessary. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. From the time I walked in, my expectations were exceeded! The staff had a warmth and kindness that made me feel immediately welcome. The doctor further made me feel comfortable as he explained in detail the exam process and my results. While I thought selecting my glasses would be a challenge, it was actually the easiest and best part. The lady who assisted me took her time and worked with me as I tried on several pair. I left satisfied and feeling like I had made a few new friends.

This is the best optometry! He was very knowledgeable and informative. I’m in a rush else I’d write a 3 page review on how wonderful this Dr was. The staff was also very warm and welcoming. I also love how this place is clean and still abide by CDC standards

The doctor is great; the staff of Pearl Vision a disaster. If the doctor wouldn’t be so great, Pearle Vision would have seen me the last time ever.

they were great! within a week my husband had cancer on his eye & they had it taken care of right away. Dr Chang was plastic surgeon & she was awesome, the DR's & nursing staff was wonderful in Puy & Tacoma! reason I gave a 4 is because girl at Puy office was rude when we had 1 prob after his surgery but that was it.

Gary briefly assessed my eye and did not explain much throughout the process. He provided a diagnosis but did not elaborate. I asked questions to understand next steps, recommendations, risks of x/y/z. He spent the remainder of the visit (25 minutes) sharing details of his personal life unrelated to my care. Certain comments struck me as odd. I wondered if he exhibited these same qualities with other patients and I do not feel as though he respected my person. At the end of the visit, he recommended a follow up but we had not established enough trust for me to feel comfortable with him treating my eye. Office staff are pleasant, professional. Wait time was minimal. Interaction with MD left much to be desired.

I came here because my last eye care place didn’t take my new insurance. And I’m so glad I found this place. The staff and medical team was so amazing! Incredibly friendly, and they go above and beyond to ensure you’re getting the best treatment. The doctor was super personable and funny! I loved her! Highly recommend!

The best place for eye care! I went in after having such a bad luck with two other places that told me that I won’t have my nearsightedness fixed with Lasik. Well, this place proved them wrong! After having to wear glasses or contacts for about 30 years I finally went it to have the surgery and a week later I can see! This office is so organized! When they work it reminded me well rehearsed show where everybody know their role and does it great. Everybody was friendly and professional. Offices were throughly cleaned after each patient. The whole building is about eye care and front of the building is Looking glass what I think is glasses store. I am so happy I found this place!
