So I was looking to have my prescription glasses updated. I paid the deposit and left the glasses with the clerk. Waited over a month due to not hearing anything back. When I called the lady said they had "lost" my glasses. She then said that I could have anything in the store on display but they don't have any similar to the pair that I wore. She said they would reorder my frames online.Waited another two weeks and had to call back again for her to say that it's in backorder and they don't know when they will have it. When I asked for reimbursement of my glasses she said they will not reimburse me and are NOT responsible for lost or stolen frames. Please do not let this happen to you.

I’ve been going here for years for my normal eye exams check ups and both contacts and glasses and I have never ever EVER had a bad experience with the crew that’s been working here. They have a great combination of professionalism and attention to detail that they make you feel great after you’re visit I would recommend them any day and this is coming from a person who has worked in the field of ophthalmology and knows how it all works behind the scenes.

Dr. Ronald Newton Is One Of The Best Eye Doctors In Laredo Tx. He Helped Me With My Contact Lenses And Prescription Eye Glasses. I Also Want To Add That Their Eye Glasses Cleaners Are One Of The Best Eye Cleaning Glasses Sprays.

Way too many people booked at once, the chair arrangement is weird, feels like DMV. The reviews say the doctors know what they're doing which is the most important thing, it's why I put 5 stars. Will update the review when surgery is done.

Knight Vision & Glaucoma has been terrific over the years. The staff is friendly and Dr. Knight is certainly knowledgeable and listens to my questions and concerns. I like the amount of time he spent going over my eye issues and helping me understand what is going on with my eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Knight.

Parking is in the back. Not hard to fond a spot and if you go around the afternoon you’ll find it is easier to park. Excellent service from beginning to end. I got my new glasses and even lenses which I like better for when I drive. The owner of the optical has always been my go to person when choosing either. If you want to receive excellent customer service and products that are worth your money, this is the optical for you.
