I love this place. I recommend calling to make your appointment because the online thing is kind of buggy, but the staff is super helpful and accommodating. I had my 2 ½ year old with me and it was as painless as possible! (The appointment was for me.)

I loved these guys!!! I've had a lot of bad experiences with many different eye clinics in Seattle and finally found one I'll be sticking with. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient and my doctor was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. AMAZING selection of beautiful vintage frames for good prices, awesome staff, and a really thorough exam that caught a serious issue of mine that other doctors have missed. Can't recommend them enough!

They can’t give you detailed receipt, they tell you when you arrive that because deductible not met our appointment will have to be paid and that they estimate could cost From 800.00 dollars and up due today. They tried to make me retest everything that speacailist tested a month ago and they had all the results including pictures. But they insist that better for them if they do these test over to put in their system. These are costly test and I even had copies on me at visit so they couldn’t say they didn’t receive from other dr. Not one person could explain billing amounts the same. Place is a shame , they really don’t care about patients, lobby full of very unhappy patients, wait times way too long like hours.lots of complaining going on there about staff and drs . I won’t give them 1 star if site would of let me give a big zero

Great first visit for our children. Insurance changes caused us to have to shift to new eye care rather suddenly and this transition could not have been smoother or easier. My daughter is on the autism spectrum, so cannot always say that, so very much appreciate the doctor's kindness, efficiency, and understanding.

I can see clearly now, the pain is gone I can see all obstacles in my way Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind. Best doctor in town

Awesome place! We've been going to Eyes on The City since they were at their Ballard location. Orion is a literal angel from heaven. Hooking me up with contact lens samples to help me get to my appointment.

Dr Shields’s is the best. He puts up with my desire to have the better than perfect vision with several trials of contacts until I finally found the right ones. I have been worked in for a corneal abrasion which was very scary and so important to get immediate care to mend it.

Dr. Zeegen is one of the best eye doctors around, but his practice has become so successful and so large that when you go for your appointment you feel you are like a part on an automobile assembly line. Surgery? Top notch; human relations not so much.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 yrs and they are always super helpful. The Dr is friendly and knowledgeable and the front staff is wonderful helping with fittings and frame selection.
