Customer service was top tier (chef's kiss). Staff very nice and greeting as soon as I walked through the door. Dr. Faunce was very fun, engaging, knowledgeable and explained all procedures and findings every step of the way. I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you!

Great experience at Bayside Family Eyecare. Very knowledgeable and personable. Steve helped me choose the frames and lens type for my daughter. He made sure the fit was perfect. I highly recommend anyone with eye care needs to visit.

I went to Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons for a lasik consultation and was very impressed by Dr. Jones. He was very professional, helpful and honest. Physically I am a good candidate for lasik, but Dr. Jones actually suggested that not do lasik due to having a minimal prescription. He was willing to do lasik on my left eye, which has a slightly worse prescription, but thought that given the impact on my near vision that I may be happier down the road without lasik. It was refreshing having his honest feedback instead of just taking my money for a surgery he doesn't think I need. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones if you're interested in lasik, he will give you his honest opinion!

Very warm and inviting office environment. Customer Service was a 5 and establishment clean and well kept. Both Eye Doctors are very pleasant to work with and took the time to explain any questions I had asked them for clarification purpose. I would recommend this office to friends and family members 😄 …

Dr teed is the best Dr I ever had in the past

I have called them back 3 separate times now only to be placed on hold each time well over 7 minutes. Understandable once maybe even twice but come on 3x. No thank you, you're office is obviously to busy for new patients.

I came in with my daughter who needed new frames. Tifinity Moses helped us. She was knowledgeable, courteous offered promotions which helped my daughter get two frames instead of 1 and helped me get some information on my vision insurance that I was looking for. Tifinity made spending money on glasses not so bad 🥰 …

I have been going to Wake Optometry for a while and I highly recommend it. The staff and Dr. Wake are professional and friendly. They make you feel right at home.
