Dr. Emmons is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors of any kind I've had. He patiently and clearly explained all aspects of my eye health, prognosis, future steps, and options. The technicians were kind and professional, taking great care in cleaning equipment and explaining initial tests. Overall, an amazing group of professionals and well-organized practice. I had the very Best experience! Ms. Anahi checked me in and took very good care of me. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Tyrone Diggs was professional, friendly and explained everything to me. When I picked up my eyeglasses the young who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

I’m beyond ecstatic. I tried getting new eyeglasses for over 2 years and they were never right. Either the prescription was off or the glasses themselves were not constructed properly. I was starting to lose hope. I never thought the day would come when I would have a new pair of glasses that worked the minute I put them on. No more headaches or eye strain. I can’t thank Dr. Schwartz enough. Her entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Wow!

I got there early because I knew there would be paperwork. Several people in the waiting room. There was about a 45 minute wait. When I got in, I actually knew the person that tested my eyes. She explained what she was doing. It was good.

I have been going to C.E Optical for decades. I never have had a bad experience. Gene and his son are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend C.E. Optical without reservation.

I was very early for my appointment & I was waited on immediately. The safe is very friendly & Doc has a great personality. She is excellent. Isaiah helped me pick out a pair of new glasses & was very helpful with my entire process. Thank you everyone

Not even a 1 star. ZERO. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Front desk and back desk staff were ridiculous. Doctor is no where to be seen. Do not come here. You will regret it.

My experience was awesome. Everything went smoothly and my surgery went well. I'm still recovering but good service with Lasik Plus. Thank you.

I do not recommend this place. This was my first time visiting Look Optical (August 2023) The staff is nice, I was seen right at the time of my appointment, didn't have to wait long, got my exam and bought 2 pairs of glasses for a price of 1. I was thinking what a great deal I am getting. BUT, one pair was perfect, but the second pair was no good. I wasn't able to see through the right lens. Everything was blurry and the reflection from the side was in my eye constantly. I brought it back, and even though the guy at the desk is very nice, he told me there's nothing wrong with it and he can't help me. So, no, not a great deal for me after all, when 1 pair of brand new glasses was a bad product that I had to trash because I just couldn't see with it.
