I was out in Utah for a business trip and I had a vision emergency. They got me in same day and treated my condition. They even took my insurance! 10/10 customer service.

I went to Dr. Chan for many years when I lived in Dublin and he is a great optometrist. He was always very friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.

My family and I cannot thank Dr. Wisotsky, staff, and Omi Eye Care enough. My retina detached the day before Thanksgiving and when no local Doctors would or could take me, Dr. Wisotsky not only took me that day, but he made room for me and ensured my emergency surgery was completed. Despite needing at least 2 hours of his already busy day. I am a rare patient it seems, who has sensitive eyes, so I was a difficult patient. I was moving and squirming in the chair, and overall uncomfortable so probably a nuisance to the Dr. But he was great, and explained everything and during my operation he kept me calm, and comfortable. My operation was Pneumatic retinopexy. So the day before Thanksgiving I was rushed to NJ. The Dr. assessed my situation, and like I said, explained every option I had to me clearly, and perfectly. We then proceeded with the Pneumatic retinopexy and he used the cryopexy on this day as well and then sent home after my 2 hour operation. I was due back Friday morning. Black Friday. And I didn't know what to expect but to say I was anxious, and/or nervous is an understatement. The Dr.'s office was closed that day, but guess what? At 8 am, with my wife and daughter and an EXTREMELY sensitive right eye, we thought we had the day wrong, or someone goofed. But at 8 am sharp, the Dr himself showed up and opened his practice. THE DOCTOR CAME IN, OPENED HIS OFFICE, ON BLACK FRIDAY, JUST TO SEE ME!!!!! I simply could not believe a Dr. would ever do this but he sure did. He saw how nervous I was and again, he spoke calmly and clearly and soon I was at ease despite knowing he would have to pry my eye open if he wanted to take a look. And sure enough, that is exactly what he did. When the Dr. told me everything looked perfect, I was even calmer, until he said ok, you will be getting a laser today. Immediately sweat formed on my forehead because I was already sore, and I started thinking the worse as we all tend to do. The Dr told me it will be "NOTHING LIKE WEDS, and it is only a 1 or 2 minute procedure." Before I knew it, it was over. Just as the Dr said. Painless, and fast. So after these Weds and Fri surgeries, I had to see the Dr. weekly for follow ups. Then bi-weekly, and today was my last monthly visit. The Dr. even used the laser today on my left eye, just to ensure my left retina does not detach. And now, I see this Dr. in a year. Every visit I received this same treatment. Polite, professional, caring, thorough. The actual care was excellent. I put Dr. Wisotsky right up there with NYC's best Drs in this field. I recommend Dr. Wisotsky to all friends and family and wouldn't go to anyone else. The nurses / staff too, were all quick, thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and very personable. Dr. Wisotsky saved the sight in my right eye. Plain and simple. He did an excellent job and made sure of it until the very end. My family and I offer our sincerest gratitude to Dr. Witosky and staff and Omni Eye Care. Robert Nappi & family.

Love these people and I have been seeing them for a long time. Some of them came from Hopkins. This is a hard job and it requires people with a big heart. So glad to have been seen at this location.

Out of all people working there, only two of them (the main doctor and the trainee) seemed genuinely nice and happy to be there. Everyone else did not seem like they wanted to be there. I was trying to fill out my paperwork and I was handed another patients confidential information. I told front desk about it and she completely brushed me off. 10 minutes later she finally acknowledged it. Makes me concerned for my own information being handed off to a stranger. They did not walk me through the process and tests they were doing. Every other place i’ve been to has done so. I don’t think majority of them there should be health workers of any kind at all. Especially that they mostly treat the elderly.

Came to Dr. Khanna because of high online reviews. Working in the medical field I have never been a witness to such poor bedside manner. I was astonished by how passive aggressive he was during the entire visit. During translation he said that the translation could take place at home. He seemed annoyed that time was being taken to translate to the patient. There was questions since he ran out of the room and I could hear him telling his assistant that we had to wait because we'd already taken so much time and the room needed to be cleared for other patients. No compassion, no patience. Never going back to this office again.

Dr. Reed changed my prescription and said if I don't like it to call and they can resend the old one. Well, the new one didn't work. I messaged him on the portal and got no response. I waited a week and called and was completely ghosted. I still need a prescription so I'm going to have to pay cash somewhere else to get a new exam because they billed my benefits already. I just want to order contacts, and am unable. This is really frustrating.

This was to be my 4th visit w/Dr. Wisotsky for follow ups regarding possible retinal tears in both eyes. After much deliberation & examinations, Dr. Wisotsky concluded that there were no tears, & the concerns I had from cataract surgery (glaze & floaters), would eventually clear up on their own, given adequate time to heal. He has a clear command of his chosen profession, & places patients @ ease. I will recommend him given the opportunity.
