I had went there about 6 months ago I had metal in my eyes they got it out but they said I didn’t ow me anything to then e few months ago they called me to tell me I own the money and I tried to call them multiple time told then when a good time to give me a call back and they call me at 8am when I’m in the middle of working very annoying

Dr. Zollman was professional, friendly, and courteous. I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and felt that he was truly interested in what I had to say. The exam was thorough and he didn't try to encourage me to buy my glasses there, or sell me anything. He was frank in his discussion with me, and thanked me for seeing him. He seems like a nice guy, and I would recommend him.

Amazing place, they made me feel so comfortable in such a hard time. I had to come back to multiple times and I was treated well every time.

Always an easy visit! The staff is great and always so helpful. Dr. Tomlin is amazing at what she does day in and day out. I really enjoy Adrianna input in picking the right pair of glasses. She’s always patient and makes feel like your not just another patient.

Entirely too overbooked. To have both waiting rooms slammed full and patients waiting almost 2 hours for an evaluation is absurd. Also they have the secondary waiting room at 63° with no heat on and its freezing.

I have 20/20 vision, but go to Dr. Said every few years to have my eyes checked. He also performs checks on my wife and kids. The service is great and I value his advice. He communicates effectively when speaking to children. I recommend this practice!

We were on vacation in Isle of Palms and my daughter lost her eye glasses in the ocean. Her eye doctor faxed her contacts prescription to Preferred EyeCare Center and they hooked us up with several trial pairs of contacts - - more than enough for our vacation. They were friendly, courteous and very quick to help us through a very stressful experience. It is very apparent that they prioritize customer service. We highly recommend.

My experience was wonderful. The doctor is very thorough, professional, down to earth, and extremely patient. Beautifully clean and bright facility, nice selection of various priced frames. ALL employees we very congenial and patient. You could tell immediately they really enjoyed working there.

Ordered eyeglasses online (not from Target) and they came missing a screw. Didn't want to purchase a 600 screw set off amazon and decided to try Target Optical after seeing good reviews. Dylan and Itzzel(?) were there and helped me out quickly. When I asked whether they accepted insurance for the repair fee, they let me know it was free of charge! Very pleasantly surprised
