Really appreciated Dr. Reeve’s thoroughness and simple explanations of my eye exam. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. I always appreciate health care professionals that communicate well before, during and after appointments. These guys seem to really care for their clients.

My brothers and I have been seeing Dr. Adcox for over 15 years. He’s wonderful and very professional and his staff has been kind and courteous. Definitely one of the best in Odessa!

Ridiculous lack of communication. I played phone tag for a month to try and get an appointment, I finally get a call back trying to schedule me on a days notice. I take the appointment on pressure of maybe not getting in contact with them again but have to cancel because we couldn’t end up moving things around. Call to cancel and reschedule, no pickup again (big surprise). Get a call two weeks later asking for $50 rescheduling fee. So infuriating that it’s laughable. I set up an appointment at CHOC instead, got everything handled on one call, first time.

The staff is amazing and Dr. Hull was pleasingly attentive to my questions and concerns.

Super satisfied.

I like this place! I've been here three years in a row. My two adult children and I all get our glasses here. There is plenty of staff available and they are really nice and helpful. We are assisted quickly. They don't hard sell anything. They provide consistent and accurate information. There is a good selection of frames at varying prices. All five pair of my glasses were ready in under 24 hours, three of which were available within 2 hours. The parking is free and I've never had an issue with finding a space.

Customer for many years it was always difficult to get in touch but I let it go until I broke my glasses and when I reached out in August they said they could not fit me in until October. I broke them and needed new glasses I didn’t expect to get in next day but I thought they would at least care enough to try and squeeze me I. At some time. They don’t care about their patients at all. Finally getting someone better shame on me for staying with subpar care. You will regret going to them. Very limited hours.

Zachary is friendly and nice. I ordered glasses and contacts and received a message for my glasses but did not realize I got another message for the contacts an hour later. I left work early to pick them up and was given just the glasses and I asked if they got the contacts and was told rudely no I will get a message when they where actually in.
