Great care and knowledgeable staff! The visits are always thorough and we’re always in and out in a timely manner! They’re also great with kids!

Dr. Mullin removed my cataracts and I am extremely happy with the results. He is a very skilled surgeon and, along with his bedside manner, made the entire experience comfortable. His office personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Mullin and his staff to anyone needing ophthalmic care.

Horrible office. Dr.Corin was extremely rude to my son who is autistic, being short and demanding with him so much so that I had to literally tell him, hey he's on the spectrum, he's not being argumentative. He was asking my son to look at him, which he was( my son has no issue making eye contact with anyone).We visited the office for a consultation on corrective eye surgery for eye placement. Before the consultation my son was in favor of the surgery, when speaking about the mild outturn of his left eye though the doctor said to him and I quote " Not to be mean but when you look at me I think hey which eye is this kid looking at me with." WHAT?? He drives my kid away from getting surgery that he wanted by making it sound as horrible as humanly possible and now he's going to sit there and insult him?? Do NOT go there if you have a young to teenager, Dr.Corin has NO bedside manner at all.

I’m very happy with Dr. Wilker I felt very nervous going in for my first shot in the eye. He explained all that was going to take place, and calmed me down so very much. It was also painless, which was very surprising. I would give Dr. Wilker a very high recommendation!

In reviewing some of the posted reviews I am very baffled of some of the negative comments.. It appears people must of had an off day or seems "give me what I want when I want it or else"!. My husband and I have been going to the Woodbridge location for years now. The Dr. There is very pleasant and the secretary Maritza is always helpful and truly handles the office as an office manager. I understand the posts below where people have an off day, but you know it's nice to be nice maybe instead of approaching someone as "I'm higher then thee". Everyone in the office are all very thorough and pleasant in our opinion.

One of the best places I have been to order glasses for my daughter. Excellent service and big number of different frames allowed us to pick what we needed. Finally my order was ready in just 19 minutes!!! I do really recommend it!

I love this place! I’ve been twice now and have had really wonderful experiences both times. All the nurses (I think that’s what they are?) are super sweet and Dr. McWilliams is a positive, friendly person. I appreciate all the time he takes to explain things. I feel like you can just tell he loves his job. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with my experience at Kaiser Falls Church Vision Essentials. Eric helped me find a great pair of glasses for everyday use and one for work in the hospital. They both look great and he adjusted them to make sure they fit perfectly. He is knowledgeable but not pushy and inspires confidence. I am so glad I came here!

I have been going to jewel Optical since the late 70's. I no longer live in the area, but continue to go. David and his staff are great.

Wait times here lately have been insane. I had to reschedule my appointment because I was still in the waiting room 35 minutes after my appointment time, and I had somewhere else to be after the appointment, which I expected would take an hour total. Here I am back a week later, sitting and waiting in the eye exam chair, and my appointment was half an hour ago. Haven't seen anybody yet. I think this is my last visit. It's a shame because the office staff are awesome, and the location is convenient.
