My primary care physician helped me make an appointment here for a much needed consultation at the Baltimore location. The office called me on the morning of my appointment asking if I could come in earlier than my previously scheduled appointment time, by an hour or more. I said I couldn’t because I live over two hours away and was at work when they called. They then cancelled the appointment claiming the doctor had a meeting; however, I find it very unlikely that the doctor had a last minute meeting pop up after 3pm on a Friday when my appointment was only made two days ago….. so now I’ve lost money because I had to take the afternoon off of work just because the doctor didn’t want to take appointments on a Friday afternoon.

If you’re looking for LASIK or any other vision-correcting procedure, look no further. Dr. Jain is the best! The prices and follow-up care at Beach Eye Care are good, too. I’ve had to wear contact lenses or glasses my whole life - I could barely see my hand in front of my face without them - but thanks to Dr. Jain I can see perfectly now. You won’t be disappointed if you go to Beach Eye Care.

The best customer service! I had come to Door County for a weekend trip and realized I forgot my contacts as soon as I arrived. I called them and they were able to help me out. I sent them my prescription and they got me 5 days worth of contacts for $12. They saved my trip and I appreciate their services!

Was told its mainly for kaiser health insurance holders, they should just make a building in their hospitals. why have separate locations if you arent serving the general public? And you also need an appointment

Dr. Hunker is nice and knowledgeable. I liked how they had up to date machines and didn't need my eyes dilated which was awesome.

One of the best experiences I have ever had, sincerely! I thought I wasn’t able to do anything and the staff followed up, called me and informed my insurance did in fact cover me when a different doctor office told me it didn’t. On a Friday scheduled me for an appointment the following Monday and not only was the entire staff professional and helpful beyond belief Dr. Patel was great and in addition to my original appointment for an assessment was able to do one procedure that same day, then scheduled me for the following Monday to have a procedure done on the other eye. It has been many years since I have had this level of fast and proficient patient care! I recommend them wholeheartedly. Absolutely amazing! When we first entered, everyone was so nice and helpful. I had my appointment with Dr.Allen he was really patient and understanding but the lady who was helping me select My glasses was very rude. She kept on making faces and kept on commenting on every glasses that I grabbed saying how expensive they were and how maybe I should pick some that I could afford it was really rude and unnecessary to say with all the faces that she was making made me and my sister really uncomfortable other than that everything was good. It was just the experience we had with that lady Will definitely be going somewhere else where they’re not Discrimination.

Had and eye test, as a referral from MN Eye Consultants. Had the glasses made to the prescription, they are horrible, cannot use them. Trying to get a follow up visit for corrections from this outfit is nearly impossible. I do not recommend this group. It is and endless game of telephone tag.

I have taken my daughters here for a few years now and finally decided it’s time to give them the review they so very much deserve. All of the staff is absolutely kind courteous and knowledgeable. The doctors are thorough and the assistants (not sure their official title) take the time to make sure you are not only comfortable as a patient but as the parent too. I had concerns for one of my children and the dr/tech took the extra time to talk me through my worries. That was the first year we went, since then we’ve had 3 prescriptions done and couldn’t be happier with the glasses and the fit. 💗💕 👓 👓 so thankful for each one of the team members at Eyecare Center Ken Caryl. They truly do care!!
