Your regular optical place. When I went for my appointment this building just finished remodeling so the area inside was a little dusty. Dr. Prasad is a little bit weird and dismissive. Though she is very knowledgeable and sometimes very funny. She is a doctor. Her job is to not please her patients. The staff there is very helpful and one of them (I should of ask her name), she is a blonde, was awesome helping me find a pair of glasses and explaining the price. I will recommend this place, after the dust settles 😏(if your insurance is in network), to get a check up and get glasses.

Dr. Ellwood is one of the few practitioners that you look forward to seeing and you will actually get excited that you have a doctors appointment. He cares, makes you laugh and is extremely thorough in his exams. … More

I have been a patient of Dr. Lentz since he started. He has a forward looking mindset and his patients eye health is always number one. I trust him implicitly. His teams, at the East and West locations are professional and friendly. Great feeling to go in and get such great care!

My daughter, 6 at the time, was terrified to get her eye exam (she was so scared at her doctor appointments that she wouldn’t do the simple eye screening). The staff made her feel safe, beautiful, and strong. After some tears and extra patience, she chose pink frames and we picked them up a week later!

Mason Wilner and the staff at the Eyecare Associates provide their patients with excellent and professional care. It is very evident that they are dedicated to customer and patient service. The assistance are honest as well.

The office is very clean and the staffs are very friendly. I came here for annual eye check up. They have very updated exam equipments and the doctor is very professional. They have various selection on the frames as well. It’s a great experience.

Overall a great experience. I was seen at the time I made an appointment, everyone was efficient and I walked out within an hour after a complete eye exam, new prescription and new glasses orders. Madison did a fantastic job in helping to pick the best option, the best price and find the right glasses.

I have had excellent experiences at this Doctor and with his staff. Dr Kuriachan is not a pushy type ophthalmologist so you can feel comfortable that he isn’t trying to promote surgery too fast. He is extremely careful with examination.. on time for appointments and kind. Mary McClelland

Here’s what you don’t do as a doctor. When an adult is calling you to get something that should’ve been taken care of as a child, don’t tell them you “won’t prioritize an adult”. Not every kid has parents. Not every kid has parents that take them to the doctors. It is not unreasonable for an adult to be taking care of things that should’ve been taken care of when they were three. This doctor’s office staff are a disgrace.

Women are wasting my time. Called three times. Three separate women. They cant hear me when speaking to them. I called three times and the same issue. They are just wasting time and playing. I have an iphone and AT&T--its not my connection. Don't waste your money on this eye place. Like that. Tried to upload pictures. My phone is working properly we are in a city. Tried to speak to the doctor before writing this.
