Everything from start to finish was just great! They made sure my insurance was accepted and that I did t have to pay anymore than I expected to pay. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need either like other places I've experienced in the past. They made me want to keep coming back. I was in and out in no time at all and I didn't feel rushed whatsoever. The prices on their frames are exceptional as well as the variety.

I have used the Riverview location for several years and have always had great service. After I fell and bent the frames of one pair and had aback- up pair with a lens that had a lens come out, I went out. They fixed my frame on the one one pair and secured the lens in the other and put some lens lock on it. He helped with questions about my prescriptions. Very friendly and helpful. They are on the other side of town from men , but it is worth it to travel that far for great service. Thanks!

I recently purchased glasses from Deans Eyewear and couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was exceptional, providing insightful guidance on frame selection. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the glasses exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Deans Eyewear for their excellent service and affordable, stylish eyewear options.

Ok so this is the third time posting the same info. Some how after 10 minutes or so it disappears. Who knows maybe magic? I ordered contacts, came to pick them up at one pm. I found a sign on the door that they are out to lunch until three. I was told yesterday they close at 4 on Fridays. I am coming from Edison and don't appreciate coming all the way here just to turn around and go home. Not professional at all. When do I know when it a good time to come get my contacts.Should I know the lunch schedule so I don't waste my time.

Dr. Santamaria is a fantastic cataract surgeon. I went through posterior polar cataract surgery in the month of April 2016. Dr. Santamaria made me very comfortable from day 1 of treatment that I started couple of years back. His subject mater expertise and professional excellency combined with a perfect human touch is highly regarded. I feel privileged to recommend Dr. Santamaria.

Dr Hoffman was the best, but his staff are very insensitive, my husband, who is disable and in his 80's, just had an appointment. They would not take his Medicare card photo that was on his phone, (every doctors office does) and they would not help him fill out the new form they have. He has been going to this doctor for over 20 years! very sad that he cannot get a better staff.

Kelli in the optical department is amazing. I also worked with Bonnie and she is awesome as well. My husband and I went to Vision Quest to purchase glasses. I wanted to buy Silhouette brand frames. Kelli took time to help me as I was having … More

I went in for an eye exam yesterday, went through the typical process. After my exam, I went to pick out glasses and was then informed that they ran into an issue with my insurance, after handing me my receipt (which I thought was extremely pricey for having insurance). They gave me the phone number for my insurance provider and told me to follow up with them. I call my insurance provider after leaving their building and my insurance provider informs me that this company doesn't work with my insurance, they are out of network. Why wouldn't you tell someone that before they pay full price for an eye exam and then go to look at glasses? Highly dissatisfied with the whole experience.

I recommend you avoid this location. They are not willing to take partial responsibility for a bad eye exam. Girl at the front desk hung up on me when I refused to allow them to charge my insurance for another exam. $400 dollars later on frame and lens and I have a boat anchor. Btw that was out of pocket, nevermind what my insurance covered. Lesson learned

I had a 12:00 noon appointment, my GPS directed me onto 290 instead of the service road, so I had to U turn and come back. I pulled into the Target lot and called them at 12:09 and they said, “I was right outside. I parked the car and walked in, was given paperwork and then they told me they have a 10 minute grace period and I’d now have to wait until all the scheduled patients are seen first. Not only was I there by 12:10, technically within the grace period. They had No regard or empathy, just cold and rude. I DO NOT recommend this place.
