The Dr. Is always amazing but his front office staff is so rude. The one lady helping with glasses seemed bothered by questions and rude to customers. Definitely makes me want to look for a different provider.

Excellent place for all your eye needs. The staff is so friendly and sweet. It’s a solid family business, and everyone has lovely chemistry working together. The Doctors are so personable, thorough, and do an excellent job at making sure you feel you are taken care of and in good hands. My insurance isn’t technically covered here, but they offer a reasonable and fair discount to work with it! Frankly, I don’t mind one bit and it’s worth every penny. The staff really makes this a game changing experience in that I actually enjoy going for my annual check ups, and happily go for frames, contacts, etc.! A couple years ago 2 staff members helped me pick out some of my favorite frames. They were so accommodating helping me narrow down my choices, and I felt confident with my choices. Roland Optics carries a wide selection of designer frames that might not be available at other spots too, which is a huge plus! Highly recommend, I’d still go here if I lived further than 20-30 minutes away! Thank you Roland Optics team for being awesome!!!

This staff at this Office is so unprofessional. I spoke with Kristy and from the start she was really disrespectful getting loud and sighing at me when asking her information. I never write reviews but she was just so unprofessional I could not let this go.

Dr. Wang helped my daughter get her CRT lenses suited her the best. We changed 3 pairs to get the one that worked. He's very friendly and professional. He did exam very thoroughly. Staff was very nice too. Highly recommended.

This gentleman is an amazing human and an exceptionally skilled optician. I have no words to describe my gratefulness at so many levels. THANK YOU HERMAN!

I’ve been a patient for over three years. I am impressed with the staff and doctors for their professionalism, well trained technicians. Doctor See is thoughtful and kind with his patients. Since I have to see retina specialists, I’m glad I am being seen at the Retina Center in Palmdale.

Love her! They accept SoonerCare/ Medicaid, free Exam + 1 Pair free each year! My family of 5 always go see her for our eye exams, then walk next door to the Eyemart Express to get the glasses. … More

I was a previous patient of Dr. Gayer that I have great respect for. He recommended along with family members (wife, mother and father in law) to visit Dr. Ungricht for his knowledge of cataracts Going into my follow up visit with Dr. Ungricht I was very skeptical about cataract surgery as I have one in both eyes. After my visit with Dr. Ungricht I was at peace with the procedure to take place. Had my first cataract removed yesterday at St. Marks and I can't believe how I can see with that film removed over my left eye. Dr. Ungricht knowledge and bed side manner are very professional. I felt very comfortable and knowledgeable before and after the surgery. I am scheduled for the next cataract removal in January 2022. Thank you Dr. Ungricht, staff and St. Marks!!

Quick, friendly, nice selection of frames, I lost my prescription and called on 11/30/23 to get it over the phone. The nicest lady named Theresa helped me. She was so friendly I wanted to invite her over for Christmas.

Had 3 appointments with Dr Faia; at each she was informative, encouraging, understanding and responsive to my eye care needs. Would definitely return if need be and also would highly recommend her if you have a retinal issue. If you do, you'll be in good hands.
