I went in today for just a contact lens exam and hoping to get another appt for new glasses BUT they informed me that I didn't have to and that I could do both at the same time! I was delighted to hear that! The Dr was super sweet as was the entire staff. They were kind and very informative every step of the way. Especially Josh, he went way above and beyond to help me out. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a great place to get glasses and/or contacts!!! The reviews saying that the people here are rude are absolutely wrong. My guess is the people who had a "bad" experience were the rude ones. Treat people how you would want to be treated, that's all I'm saying.

Dr Casper is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I have been seeing him since 2014 and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. His staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

Thanks to a referral from a good friend, I had the best eye exam ever. Dr. Schpok really listened and helped me find a good solution for my art/canvas distance which was a bit tricky...and I can see road signs again! Very nice, clean and charming place and people...I am super happy and will refer my friends to him! Thank you!

My daughter had her appointment at 10:15. It's 10:45 and doctor comes out of his office hands his receptionist a stapler and tells her he's "Doing a bit of housekeeping" meanwhile he has us and another lady that was there before us waiting because he decides he wants to do housekeeping on our time. Very selfish, disrespectful and unprofessional.

What can I say, don't know how to put it in words. I went from almost total blind in my right eye from a large cataract and eye pressure so high. I started to see Dr. Lally in Oct of 22 and bye May he remove the cataract out of my eye. Today I'm at 20 20 and never had that sense my late 20's being I am at 58 now. I am very grateful for Dr. Lally and the staff here. I never dream I get such great sight being I've been a diabetic for 48 years of my life. I thought I would be blind bye the time I was 60, but now I have an new outlook in my life, again many thanks, Angelo Hughes

Dr Bloom and his staff are amazing. They welcome you like family. I have been going to doctor Dr. Bloom over twenty five years. Not to mention, Ms Charlotte, she’s also awesome.

Janine is the best.really knows her stuff.treats all ages with such professional respect. . she knows all the options that you have with the insurance that you use Goes out of her way to make sure of a perfect fit. Thanks to Jenine I will recommend Framingham optical to everyone I know who needs eye care .will be sending my mother to her next..i wouldn't go anywhere else for eye care.

Worst place ever. Very rude, specially to older people. This place should be really closed!

Dr. Meng is a great optometrist. She is very competent, knowledgeable about the latest advances in her field, and has a very pleasant manner about her. I have seen her for several years now and have recommended her highly to friends. I am very pleased with her care.

Super nice staff. Kindly took in my 4yr old for his exam and were very patient with him an my toddler. I know they can be rowdy together, but reception were very kind to them.

My husband and I went to the trunk show and found the perfect glasses. We then ordered them with a wonderful lady, Tammy D. She was amazing in getting everything ordered and making sure all of our questions were answered. We picked them up and saw Tammy D. again for the fitting and adjusting. She was amazing. Knows just how to adjust the glasses to fit your face and needs. Thank you for the wonderful service!
