Everyone who works at this office is very professional and friendly. The wait is never too long. The office is neat and clean and I really like Dr. Chang. He is willing to answer questions as well as explain everything the patient needs to know. I have been going to this office for several years and I only have great things to say about my experience as a patient at the Forbes location in Pittsburgh!

I was satisfied with service at the office, until I went to the room where my eyes were photographed by a machine, where I had to rest my chin on a chin-rest and rest my forehead against a bar. I thought the worker who escorted me to the room was rude. He came over without letting me know or asking my permission, just rudely pushed my head to the bar. I was annoyed about it. I had to go back in because the woman who was taking the pictures forgot to take a picture of a certain angle and I had to go back in, so she decided to take the same route. She was irritating also.I have no complaints concerning the other workers they were very nice. I want to thank you Dr. Lewis for your courteous service.

Dr. Romero and staff go out of their way to help service you. They treat my family and I very well.

From the time that I walked in the entire staff was friendly, smiling and accommodating. They helped me pick my frames and the prescription is perfect. They are located about 30-45 minutes from me but heck they are my eyes and worth the drive to find a professional and welcoming office. Thank you guys for everything.

It is my personal opinion that vision therapy is a total waste of time and a way for this office to extract $ out of parents who are wondering why their children aren't reading. I truly believe that some children are just not developmentally ready to read at age 4 or 5 and with time their eyes and minds will mature so they can. This was my experience with my child...although we did do a block time at this office, my husband and I both felt it was not useful and stopped. A friend of mine who consulted a renowned pediatric neuro psychologist quoted several studies that vision therapy does not work. My daughter eventually learned to read (some say the average age when children learn to read is 7, which is when mine did) and is now reading sophisticated books beyond her grade level. Everyone learns to read...just give it time and don't pour your valuable time and $ into snake oil.

Absolutely incredible service! I brought in my Gucci glasses to have lenses put in, and Bruce (the owner) and Nicole (the manager) made the process effortless. They treated me with such care, answered all my questions, and got everything done in just ONE DAY. The lenses are crystal clear, perfectly fitted, and my frames look amazing. It’s rare to find a place that combines real expertise with warm, personal service, but this store delivers both. Bruce’s craftsmanship and Nicole’s professionalism make you feel like you’re in the best hands. I wouldn’t trust my glasses anywhere else—this will be my go-to optical shop from now on! THE OLD LADY WITH LONG WHITE HAIR CAUSED ME TO HAVE AN AWFUL 1st & LAST VISIT. I ONLY NEEDED 2 SCREWS TIGHTENED SO MY LENSE WOULD NOT FALL OUT.! SHE SAID IT WOULD BE $5 AND IF GLASSES BREAK WHILE BEING FIXED, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE! I TRIED TO BE NICE & TOLD HER SEVERAL REVIEWS SAID THEY GOT SIMPLE THINGS DONE FREE!!! I DIDNT EVEN NEED A SCREW!!!!THE LADY WAS SET ON BEING RUDE!!! SHE PUT THE 5.00 ON THE COUNTER & NEVER OFFERED A RECIEPT!!
