Dr. Mora’s assistant was rude. Came in as a walking and just the way she spoke to my kids pissed me off. Never again.

Dr. Eric and his team really took the time to thoroughly examine and evaluate my eyes prior to discussing my options. He presented options including risks and benefits of each. I do well with information and his approach set me at ease. I am 100% happy with my results and follow up. I just wish I’d done it sooner.

I was in the US as a tourist and unfortunately lost my glasses on a lake. Dr. Thurmond and his assistant helped me a lot. I had my new glasses within 3 days. The professionality and customer service was great. Thanks.

My father had Age Related Macula Degeneration and probably would have lost his driver's license had he not had Marnie do the eye exam requested by PA DMV.

Don't waste your time here. Very disorganized. They lost my prescription. Eye doctors are like used cars sales men. They even try to sell you eye drops as part of a "dr. Prescription "

Wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. I injured my eye and he got me in very quickly and really took great care of me. I was better in no time.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had to go through with retrieving my glasses. I was already skeptical getting my eye exam done with them being that I usually get them done yearly elsewhere. Once I was able to purchase my glasses, they told me that it would normally take 1-2 business weeks AT MAX to retrieve my glasses. ITS BEEN A MONTH. After so many days of run arounds, and whenever I called nobody can even locate them, I’ve became extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and off put by how customer service is handling this situation. Seems like no once cares. Me not having my glasses for over a month has affected my job performance, my driving, in which it is illegal to drive with my current prescription. And mental health in general. I tried calling in for one last time today, and now, nobody wants to pick up and my call keeps getting dropped. In which this forced me to leave a review. DO NOT BUY HERE. They will not treat your concerns as a priority. At this point, I just want my money back. Keep the glasses please.
