I recently visited Dr. Nguyen, and the experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the entire process seamless. Dr. Nguyen was thorough in the examination, explaining each step and addressing all my concerns. The office itself was clean, modern, and had a wide selection of eyewear. Overall, a top-notch service that I highly recommend for anyone in need of eye care!

Marlon and the staff provided exceptional service to me. I am from out of town and my luggage was delayed, along with all my contact lenses. They provided me with some free samples to make it through the weekend. Could not ask for better service!

Everyone here is awesome! The optometrist (Liss) has a witty A-1 personality. They made me feel comfortable. I can say that coming here for the first time was a great experience. Good, caring people here.

The eye Dr. Was discussing how bad was VSP insurance and it's the insurance I had. Wow, close the door and have that conversation behind closed doors. I believe from reading the reviews, this eye doctor should retire and go on a vacation.

Exceptional care, no judgment just quality customer service. Will stick with this provider when I can afford a private insurance or insurance through my employer. Very much satisfied, with my 11 yr. Old son. appt. And reasonable prices, his medicaid paid for one pair, we paid for the second with 50% of his frames. So happy I found them.

This was my first visit and it couldn't have gone any smoother. The entire staff was nice and welcoming, and I never felt pressured to buy anything like I have at other places. And there was practically no waiting so I was in and out within 30 minutes. I will definitely keep them as my eye doctor!

If I could 0 stars I would. Each time my elderly mother and I went it was a more than 2 hr wait. This is inexcusable. I want to bill them for my time. I want people to know that IF you chose to go you might as well forget your whole day or afternoon. Completely unacceptable!

Dr Fazilat is so great with children and makes visiting the doctor a stress free experience. She has a lot of experience and is perfect at explaining everything so that the child can understand as well as the parents. Her office runs on time and we haven’t had to wait for our appointments. Her office staff is kind and helpful and her office is easy to find and access. I would absolutely recommend Dr Fazilat!

Wonderful staff, the Dr was great and pat was so lovely. He helped us out so much. Would definitely go back again. Wonderful service and people overall.
