Was there for an hour waiting to pick up an order I paid for. There were 3 employees chatting with the same customer, doing random things and nobody even acknowledged me and 3 other customers. I'd say they were professionally ignoring us. Monique and Daniel were there and they wouldn't pay attention until I started arguing about the wait time. Monique said we had to wait until they called our number, during the time we were there they didn't call a single number. Worst customer service, I do not understand how these people still work there!

My son has been going over here for over 15 year's and we've had nothing but positive outcome. He just had eye surgery last week & I was so pleased with how much the staff went above and beyond. Thank you to everyone that made my son's surgery a huge success.

Stop putting it off.

Was shopping around Target on a Tuesday when we saw the Optometry department. The man noticed us checking it out and offered to schedule an appointment if we were interested. I figured why not since I hadn't gotten an eye exam in 4 years, and it seemed very convenient since it was inside Target. It was quick and easy to schedule and came back the next day for my eye exam, which was quick and easy as well. The doctor was very helpful and made the process simple to understand. I really enjoyed how they didn't pressure us into getting frames right there and then, but I decided to look around. They were really friendly and helpful, showing different frame options and colors they had. I ended up getting frames there because of how easy and comfortable I felt. Picked them up less than a week later, and I love my new glasses. Thanks for the help!

After having a bad experience in other place, I met Dr. Anhalt. He is not only an excellent and knowledgeable professional, but caring with the client and he takes the time to explain everything in great detail without time pressure on the client. His team is very empathetic and they really know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Fantastic. Dr. Ho was friendly, resourceful, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to any new patient! LensCrafters support team (downstairs) was also very helpful...I was able to pick-out and check-out my new glasses at an unexpectedly fast and seamless pace.

The staff, especially Nate at Stanton Optical in Vista provided some of the best customer service that I have ever received at an optometry office. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and efficient, they had me in and out of the office quickly, my glasses were ready in a few minutes, and the price was very reasonable. If you haven't tried them for your glasses, you should!

Everyone involved with my visit was wonderful and truly helpful! The eye exam it's self was the very in depth and Dr. Meredith Clark explained everything as we went through. I am throughly satisfied also with buying my frames and the the help I received in getting what I needed and wanted! I will recommend to anyone that asks and maybe some who don't.

Tony was awesome he knew I was on a budget hepled with glasses that I could afford this is the second time I have used JC Penny optical I will go back for my third pair when the time comes around
