Outrageously incompetent. Eye check up is okay, but don't buy glasses from there.

I had a great experience with my son I was able to get my exam and glasses same day. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I did notice that they were understaffed. Lena was the person who assisted and did not have any help on the floor whatsoever. She had to attend to all the incoming customers as well as help people with frames and I truly feel on the weekends Stanton should definitely consider getting extra help. it puts a lot of pressure for one person especially when you have to have a sit down to discuss payment options and have to get a key at least 10 to 15 minutes of your time for each customer. Besides that the customer service was amazing and Lena did all she could to help us pick the right frames for the right price. Thank you I will definitely recommend other to your location.

Great doctor really takes time with patience and cares

Excellent experience with the entire staff. Dr. Anderson was very knowledgeable and explained everything during the examination. The staff were very helpful and patient in assisting my son and I as we looked for the perfect glasses. Also, they had a very nice selection of frames to choose from. I definitely reccomend!

My husband has even going to McFarland for about 3 years. McFarland himself is a good doctor and a really nice man. That office staff he has needs to be fired on spot. Some of the most ratchet people I've ever had to do dealings with. Rude, keep you on hold most of the time the right hand never knows what the left is doing

Friendly, helpful staff. Dr. Barakeh if very professional and kind. My mother loves her new opthalmologist. His office is almost to where the two buildings connect. If your in the parking lot on San Miguel it's the longer of the two buildings with 2 handicapped parking spots right at the steps going down to the pebbled walkway. There are some hedges in front of the handicapped spots, where you can see that people have made a path to the walkway. It would be nice if they would concrete the paths but the th work fine as long as the ground is dry.

Dr. Greenberg was nice and AWESOME with our daughter (who doesn’t love going to the doctor’s office)! There was no wait and the exam was quick but thorough and he answered all our questions. His staff was friendly too!

I am with my mom. My mom likes the care but the waiting room is like cattle. 18 people in a space 15 square feet is a little more than ridiculous and disrespectful of patients and their family’s ( caregivers) time. An hour later after her appointment and we are still waiting to see the doctor. Patients are giving each other the “ I know it’s crazy that we are still waiting but what can we do “ look. I see from reviews below that this is not a new issue but it does not seem important enough to modify their scheduling template. We will really try looking for another eye doctor just because of this.

Doctor VanWinkle is AWESOME! She is our family eye Doc. The front desk staff is great as well. Always friendly and VERY helpful!!!
