Personal service by Gigi when selecting frames was fantastic. So kind, warm personality and, yes, honest about frames looking good or bad. Lab manager James was also very helpful when I had an issue with glasses after I picked up. He and his lab tech were able to make the repair in a matter of minutes. Great service!

Dr. Pendergas and the entire staff of Retina Associates deserve a five star rating. They are courteous, professional and caring.

My wife and l have been cared for by Dr. Chu for over 20 years. He recently removed cataracts from both my wife’s wye. Everything went perfectly, and my wife’s vision was restored to normal. He has excellent Dr/patient interpersonal skills, so you will understand everything that is going on with your eyes.

Dr lassa is a very in your face kinda Doctor. Who will tell you if your not taking care of your eye sight. I've been going to him for a very long time and I can truly say hes the best eye dr in Odessa. But a lot of people dont like when someone tells them the truth. Tank you Dr. Lassa for all these years you e been in business. There's only one reason why because you and your staff are the very best.

I really liked the doctor and the efficiency was great - in and out in less than 30 min. The equipment was VERY dusty/dirty. The technician wiped off the part that would be touching me but the rest of it was pretty gross and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile.

Valerie was absolutely amazing! I sat on my Oakleys and she was able to fix them perfectly. She also helped me pick out a back up set of glasses. Awesome experience from start to finish! Thank you Valerie.
