Dr Fugo is excellent and one of the most thorough eye doctors I have ever seen. I've been in his care for over 10 years and he not only gives me great medical care but also listens to my questions & concerns (a rare trait for docs these days). Whenever anyone asks why my vision is so great, I tell them it's in big part to having a great doctor on my side. He's also obviously a very dedicated expert in his field, with a textbook he wrote and many articles he's published for you to read in the office. I highly recommend Dr Fugo!

Overall my experience here was pretty good. Dr. Vora was very professional, took great care of me & answered all my questions & I didn't feel rushed, the staff was great as well. But, I'm taking off one star because I have called here multiple times today & the phone is just constantly busy. When I called earlier today someone actually put me on hold for @ least 27 minutes, I hung up & couldnt wait any longer.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because Dr. Vora was very nice and was able to diagnose me very quickly when I first went there. However, I'm going to be looking for a new office after my experiences here. They never answer the phone, they don't call you back when you leave a message. I disagree that the staff is rude, they have never been rude to me, they just are completely unorganized. I can no longer trust them with my care and will be going somewhere else in the future. This past interaction was finally the straw that broke the camel's back. I needed testing done after coming back to the office post-Covid. The front desk wouldn't allow me to schedule my testing prior to seeing the doctor (even though I get the same tests every time) so I saw the doctor first and surprise surprise, she ordered the tests. According to the doctor she would get the results and call my neurologist and me. I did not receive the results for another 2 months. I called the office and left a message, they never called me back. A month later I was sent a bill in the mail for my visit but no results. I called the office again and the receptionist tried to tell me I needed an appointment to go over the results with the doctor, which I declined. I had to ask when Dr. Vora would be in again and was told she would be in the next week and they would tell her to call me. I waited until Wednesday afternoon to call them, they didn't answer the phone so I had to leave a message. Several hours later I received a call from a nurse saying that my test results had not changed since March and I should follow up with the neurologist. Dr. Vora was supposed to speak with my neurologist, not me. My test results were abnormal in March. Why is there no concern about the fact that my treatment isn't working? Why didn't the doctor get on the phone? Why did they send a bill before the results?

Coming to update my experience. I moved to a different pharmacy but they said I had to pick up one prescription at the old location because of the time I switched over?? So I go there, wait in line over 20 minutes. I'm finally at the front of the line and this "helper " in a read cvs shirt turns around to act like she's looking for a prescription. She can't find it, I'm still standing there and she said nothing. She then picked up medications for someone who was waiting. She calls me up FINALLY. I show her on the CVS app which medications I needed to pick up because it said they were ready. She then says they are all on hold, so I ask, what does that mean? She looks back at me woth the nastiest face and says what?? I said I don't work in a pharmacy so what does on hold status mean. She got nasty and told me to go wait in the other line for "drop off". Yet it's right there in the system. I then got so upset and yelled "you all are the worst pharmacy always so rude". I then walk to the other line and she screams out WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?! Instead of apologizing for being rude as i asked a simple question. I wanted to say you know what I mean, go check out your Google reviews. The new young guy there helped me, if he had a question he would ask the pharmacist. Also over heard 4 employees left that pharmacy location. Gee wonder why. Treat people with kindness consistently and don't ever make people feel like they aren't worthy of a basic customer service. You have no idea what others are going through. I hope that lady in the red cvs shirt with glasses gets an attitude check. Still absolutely awful. Especially at the pharmacy. Why are they so rude? One time I had the head pharmacist (blonde), throw a paper in my face with the medication that has been prescribed to me when i was asking for something completely different. I would figure a pharmacy can call my doctors office and simply ask....clearly she had no time. More incidents but I'm over it and switched to a different place.

I never really had a positive experience with the pharmacy. There is an older lady with brown hair who I’ve made a compliant about before because she is rude and disrespectful when I was just trying to find out if they had my prescription for my son. There is a young lady there as well who was amazing and even apologized for her co worker which she didn’t have to do but realized the wrong doing of her co worker. I tried to call the store and the supervisor on was no help, she told me there was nothing she could do before I even told her why I was calling, she was rude and didn’t even say her name or title when she answered the phone so I’m not even sure if I talked to an official manager. This CVS sucks and I will be changing locations.

this office didn't take care of their patient. I brought my son visit that office four weeks ago, after doctor talk to me I ask a copy of prescription, then Dr. McPhillips sail why I need it, I said we need it for a pair of classes. He seems not happy but said ok. Then I waiting, waiting, waiting there for more than half hour for them to print only one page of prescription. Dr, wanted my so order a new lens the we did and paid immediately. two weeks ago I called the office wanted to know when will be ready to pick the new lens and they talk me may need one or two weeks more. then I called today, Marian on the front desk told me something happy the order was deleted I need wait more time. What kind of service they provided to their patient! They think my son need the new lens but don't follow up to deliver the lens to their patient. They are very rude from Dr. to staff. I hope I never went to this office but we paid big amount of money already. How should we do now? We still don't know how long we will be waiting ...

Using PECA has been a great experience so far for me. From the moment I spoke with Joanne, who was the consummate professional, putting me in with Dr. McPhillips within 36 hours of my request. Entering the practice I was greeted by Kayla (kind, professional, considerate), who within moments of my arrival had me through the administrative process. Within mere moments, I was in my appointment with Dr. McPhillips. I appreciated Dr. McPhillips course of action to deal with my eye-care issue. As important, the Doctor listened attentively to my concerns, and provided easy answers. Up to this point, I'm pleased with PECA-Horsham, Dr. McPhillips and Joanne/Kayla!

Physicians are good. The office staff give you a hard time if you ask for your script and tell them you're buying your glasses/contacts elsewhere. That's no fun to deal with. Took me a couple days to get it emailed to me. I know they probably make a commission, but it shouldn't be like that. You should be allowed to shop around without being hassled or, in my case, talked down to because I wanted to buy online. Edit to include for the business who claims I'm not a patient, Wittmer is my maiden name. Try Amy Wineland. If you'd like, I can attach my last script. Why would I write a review of my experience if I wasn't a patient?

The office is roomy, clean and organized. The selection of eyeglass frames is varied and reasonably priced. I loved the picture scan of my retinas instead of the dilation method. My eye insurance covered the difference in price but I would have paid the $39.00 cost to avoid having my eyes dilated. I was pleased with the services as I have been for many years that I have used Dr. White and his optical assistants. Mrs. Ellis
