Consistently have to wait at least half an hour before your scheduled appointment to be seen. This office always over books appointments and the waiting room is frequently full. The staff is very friendly, but the wait is killer. Do not make any others plans because you will be in the office for over an hour.

Dr. Futterman is brilliant and approachable. He has an efficient staff and an excellent practice.

I was referred to the OD by a friend but i would not recommend this place after my visit. I agree with many of the reviews that the OD was ok but the office staff and manager were unfriendly and did not care for my business. There was only one young office staff who was patient and gentle but she was quickly replaced by another staff who was the complete opposite. She was rough and impatient while assisting with retinal imaging. I complained to the OD about the staff’s roughness right away but didn’t get any feedback. I was told each appointment was 30 minutes long but both the OD and the office staff were in a rush to finish my kids and my appointments off. The unfriendly and impatient staff and I had a couple of disputes in the office. The office manager resolved the issues with a remark, it was pointless and waste of energy to continue our conversation while there were many other patients waiting.

Phenomenal doctor, surgeon and person. At 50 years old, I met him and without hesitation and being a single mom, I knew I was in safe and brilliant hands. For the first time in years, I can actually breathe out of both nostrils, I can sleep through the night, and he performed a miracle on me I didn’t think possible. I’m also ordering his third book for my 10 year old. I will be using him for other procedures and my 80 year old mom wants him to do her eyes. He’s truly a professional, takes pride and true compassion in and for his patients. I’m glad I found him, not only for plastic surgery but for medical reasons. Anyone can perform plastic surgery with a license, and clients walk away feeling and looking fake. Dr. Lukash is a true surgeon who actually cares about your health first and helping you feel better and is truly honest with the outcome and realistic outcome. Thank you lipsg for him. I’m glad to be part of your family now.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wisotsky for the past few years and he has always been extremely helpful, skillful and professional! I first saw him when I was experiencing flashes of kaleidoscopic colors. He explained that it was an ocular migraine which is a common problem and not dangerous but it was good that I had it checked. In 2019, I tripped and fell on my face on a marble floor and quickly started loosing clarity in my left eye. He saw that I had a wrinkled retina and quickly scheduled a procedure to repair it. I was thrilled with the result! About 6 months ago, he also repaired a wrinkled retina in my right eye that was slowly getting worse over the last 10 years. I would visit the office every 6 months and he would check the vision in that eye. When the right eye was sufficiently compromised, he agreed to perform the procedure (sometimes a wrinkled retina does not affect vision sufficiently to warrant an operation), and again, I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him and would not want to trust my retina issues to anyone else!
